I made this flatbread yesterday. Fast (ish) and delicious. For me, the za'atar and olive oil is twice as much as needed. It amazes me how a pocket forms without any complicated forming. Even with the pricking of the dough, the top and bottom separate.

My first foray into making hot dog rolls... I'm so pleased with how they came out. I've been making our own burger buns for a while, but hot dog rolls always felt too intimidating.
They're so soft, and the house smells amazing.
