The temperatures are starting to get too warm for #sourdough #breadbaking, but yesterday I had a very successful bake. I'm finally getting the parameters right after upscaling my Ken Forkish Country Brown recipe by 10%. Good oven spring, fully baked inside, maybe a tad bit light.
Sonntagmorgen, halbs sechs. Die perfekte Zeit, um aufzustehen und sich in die Küche zu verfügen.
Ich habe hier am Start: einen #Sauerteig, ein #Brühstück, ein #Fermentstück (Premiere). Und dann stehen da noch 5 (!) #Mehlkisten, die gleich zum Einsatz kommen werden. Das muss ja ein tolles #Brot werden. 🙂
Und in sieben Minuten beginnt auf #WDR5 das Philosophische Radio mit Jürgen Wiebicke. Eine der wenigen Sendungen im #Radio, die ich überhaupt noch ertrage.
