DAY177 Today we had a written chocolate test, went okay and then we had a test in HACCP as well, also okay. No idea what we’re doing tomorrow. Friday we are selling all the candy we have made. DAY 176 (Yesterday) we locked our chocolates, tempering went okay but I could have done a better job with the locking but lesson learned I guess.
