I am quite proud of my cooking adventures today, even if they took me almost 4 hours. I have been obsessed with the idea of trying a smoke box on my BBQ and making simple smoked pork chops specifically

Finally found some perfect, thick, bone in chops at the loc Polish store, brined them for two hours and the rest is history. Also whipped an apple slaw and a baked potato for the side.
