What I thought would be the difficult part about making #pizza:
* making the dough
* getting it to taste good
* making the dough thin
And what it actually was:
* getting the pizza to reproducibly and cleanly slide off of the metal peel (the shovel thingy) without it sticking to it at one edge and thereby instead of cleanly getting off getting dragged along the peel and falling off of the pizza stone
* not having the topics land on the pizza stone
* prevent charcoal dust catching fire
