Ob ich ADHS hab? Quatsch!

Ob ich Depressionen hab? Quatsch!

Ob ich Traumata verdränge? Quatsch!

Ob ich mal eine Psychose hatte? Quatsch!

Ob paranoid-schizophren bin? Quatsch!

The day has been a total "me day" 🩷 I have 3 different wardrobes because my weight fluctuates so much. They are in bags under my bed so I can pull out different sizes. Today I went through all the clothes and found so many upcycling possibilities! So sewed this shirt today! It's an old t-shirt (that I was SO sad about not being able to fit anymore) and two other old shirts 🪡 I'm SO happy with how it turned out 😍 There are endless possibilities in all the clothes I sorted, I'm really looking forward to upcycling it all! 🩷🪡

The five stages of grief were never the full story. Some losses have no funeral, no acknowledged mourning period — just a collapse that keeps pulling you back. This essay maps that experience onto astrophysics, not for poetry, but because the physics actually fits. Grief bends time. It needs space to move.

When Grief Behaves Like a Black Hole

I came across a framework that maps grief onto astrophysics — gravitational collapse, event horizons, time dilation — and my first reaction was that it sounds like academic overreach. But the more I sat with it, the more it made sense. Not because the metaphors are poetic. Because they describe something I

I take content warnings and spoilers very seriously. I think they protect the user themselves, and not just the users around them. I've had many times where I vented about something traumatic, or said some bad news, only for my eyes to slightly go up and read that all over again. So by having spoilers, I was able to protect myself from re-reading sensitive content.

The key thing about content/trigger warnings I think is “Readiness”. Yes, sure, it is to protect some folks from being triggered by the content due to having bad past experiences with it. But I also think that it's there to give users a choice, do you want to read something that might upset you or not? Like you might not have any bad past experiences with X, Y, and Z, but what if you just woke up, and the first thing you were greeted with was a bad case of X, Y, or Z? Or if you expected to see a wholesome chat room with kitty cuddles and meows only to see unspoilered sensitive content. That surprise, that shock, I don't like that.
