Another stir-fry I made with scrap food that otherwise could've been thrown out and wasted. Honestly, it was pretty damn good, it saves money and time too I guess. I wanna make this more of a habit.

Ingredients: Chopped carrots, potatoes with skins, Asian green vegetable (forget the name), rice and cashew nuts.

Stir-fries are pretty interesting. They're like a cooked rice salad with "dressing." It's flexible and you can make it your own.
