...watching the days go by... 🎶 Today, it's December 4th 2025. A normal day, for many folks. And, honestly, it's a normal day for me too. But, it's a painful one. The fourth means that my best furry soulmate had to leave my side 5 months ago. It's been 153 days, almost 22 weeks... And my heart still aches for her loss. My mind is still adjusting to life without her at my side. Even though I am getting through the days, even though I am going forward as best as I can, it just seems to empty and useless at times. I feel like I have lost my biggest purpose to live, to be able to enjoy life, and to make it easier to get through the day. Arwen helped me in so many ways, and while I am finding a new routine where the focus is on me alone, and my recovery, it just feels empty at times. […]
