Deepening Our Roots: Nurturing the Soul and Growing in Connection invites therapists, chaplains, clergy, and spiritual directors to a weekend retreat in Linthicum, MD, April 24–26, 2026. This gathering offers 10 hours of continuing education credit and a space for reflection, connection, and renewal.

The #ACPE #Psychotherapy Commission is excited to announce an open call for proposals for our 2026 #Webinar Series focused on #SpirituallyIntegratedPsychotherapy. We are seeking 90-minute webinars that provide valuable insights and practical guidance for integrating #spirituality and #mentalhealth, including diverse #spiritual or #religious traditions.
Each #webinar will consist of 60 minutes of content (recorded for future viewing) and a 30-minute live discussion (not recorded). Presenters will receive a stipend for their contributions, and attendees will earn 1.5 #NBCC #continuingeducation credits for attending the live sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
We invite proposals that address the integration of #spirituality and #mentalhealth in #psychotherapy, with a focus on practical applications, ethical considerations, and cultural diversity. Topics may include (but are not limited to):
• #SpiritualInterventions in therapy
• #TraumaInformed spiritual care
• #AddictionRecovery and #spirituality
• #Grief and #spiritual coping
• #Ethical considerations in #spirituallyintegrated work
• #Diverse spiritual and religious traditions in #mentalhealth care
Proposal Requirements:
If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please prepare the following:
• Full name
• Email address
• Headshot (for advertising purposes)
• Professional website link(s) (optional)
• Credentials
• Curriculum vitae/Resume
• Training/Experience demonstrating expertise in your chosen topic
• Presentation title and brief description
• 3-5 learning objectives
• 5 or more scholarly references (preferably published since 2020)
• #NBCC CE presenter and content category
• Preferred season for scheduling (Summer: June–August, Fall: September–November, Winter: December–February)
Important Dates:
• Proposal deadline: May 1, 2026
• #Webinars will be scheduled between June 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, based on speaker availability.
