AGI - Il consenso informato a scuola sull'educazione alla sessualità diventa legge. Il Senato, infatti, ha approvato in via definitiva - con 78 voti favorevoli, 38 contrari e nessun astenuto - il ddl sul consenso informato in ambito scolastico.
Scuola, cosa prevede il ddl Valditara 
Il testo, composto di tre articoli, introduce disposizioni volte a garantire il consenso informato delle famiglie e degli studenti maggiorenni per le attività scolastiche ed extra-curriculari riguardanti l'educazione alla sessualità.
Obbligo di informazione preventiva
Prevede l'obbligo di informazione preventiva sui contenuti, sui materiali didattici e sugli eventuali soggetti esterni coinvolti, subordinando la partecipazione al consenso scritto degli interessati. Sono inoltre disciplinate le modalità di selezione degli esperti esterni e garantiti percorsi formativi alternativi per gli studenti che non aderiscano alle iniziative proposte. Viene infine esclusa la trattazione di tali tematiche nelle scuole dell'infanzia e primarie.
La protesta delle opposizioni 
Italia Viva ha votato contro: "Dire che questo vergognoso ddl è anacronistico e antiscientifico è il minimo", ha affermato Daniela Sbrollini.
Per Avs, ha sottolineato Peppe De Cristofaro, si tratta di "un provvedimento ipocrita che riflette un'ossessione ideologica della maggioranza". Voto "fermamente contrario" anche dal gruppo del Movimento 5 stelle, mentre la dem Cecilia D'Elisa ha sostenuto che "la maggioranza si assume una grave responsabilità".
Il voto a favore della maggioranza 
I senatori della maggioranza hanno invece votato a favore. "Nessuno vuole indebolire la scuola pubblica, anzi vogliamo rafforzarla creando un'alleanza educativa più solida" con le famiglie, ha spiegato Mario Occhiuto di Forza Italia.
Per Massimo Garavaglia della Lega il provvedimento è "opportuno e giusto perché tutela i nostri giovani in un ambito particolarmente sensibile come la sfera sessuale". Anche Carmela Bucalo di Fratelli d'Italia ha infine sostenuto che "coinvolgere le famiglie non significa arretrare sulla scuola, oscurantismo o un ritorno al passato; significa rafforzarla".

The modalities of selecting external experts are also regulated, and alternative educational pathways are guaranteed for students who do not participate in the proposed initiatives. Finally, the treatment of these topics is excluded from elementary and primary schools.
The Opposition’s Protest
Italy Viva voted against: “Saying that this shameful draft law is anachronistic and anti-scientific is the minimum,” said Daniela Sbrollini.
According to Avs, as emphasized by Peppe De Cristofaro, it is “a hypocritical measure that reflects the ideological obsession of the majority.” A firm vote against also came from the Five Star Movement group, while Democrat Cecilia D’Elisa stated that “the majority is taking on a serious responsibility.”
The Majority’s Vote in Favor
The senators of the majority voted in favor. “No one wants to weaken public schools, on the contrary, we want to strengthen them by creating a solid educational alliance” with families, explained Mario Occhiuto of Forza Italia.
For Massimo Garavaglia of Lega, the measure is “appropriate and right because it protects our young people in a particularly sensitive area such as the sexual sphere.” Carmela Bucalo of Fratelli d’Italia also finally stated that “involving families does not mean retreating from school, obscurantism or a return to the past; it means strengthening it.”

Ancora presto probabilmente per misurare gli effetti sui partiti del voto alle elezioni comunali dell’ultimo fine settimana. Le vittorie a Venezia e Reggio Calabria sorridono alla maggioranza di centrodestra, con la premier Meloni che esulta, quelle del Campo Largo tra Salerno, Prato e Pistoia mantengono viva la competizione misurata nella Supermedia di sondaggi di Youtrend per Agenzia Italia. Le variazioni sono state calcolate rispetto ai dati dello scorso 14 maggio.
Se il Campo Largo con Partito Democratico, Movimento 5 Stelle e Alleanza Verdi Sinistra è stabile al 41%, con Italia Viva e +Europa sale al 44,9%, se a questi si aggiunge anche Azione si arriva al 47,9%. Centrodestra che solo con le forze al governo arriva al 44,9%: nel caso in cui dovesse inglobare Azione di Carlo Calenda salirebbe al 47,9%, con Futuro Nazionale addirittura al 48,9%. Quello del generale Roberto Vannacci appena fuori uscito dal Carroccio potrebbe essere la variabile decisiva della corsa.

Political polls: parties and coalitions of the majority and opposition after the municipal elections, the latest Supermedia.

It is still too early to measure the effects on parties from the vote in last weekend’s municipal elections. The victories in Venice and Reggio Calabria favor the center-right majority, with Prime Minister Meloni celebrating, while the Campo Largo victories in Salerno, Prato, and Pistoia keep the competition measured in Youtrend’s Supermedia survey for Agenzia Italia. The variations were calculated compared to the data of May 14th.

If the Campo Largo, with the Partito Democratico, Movimento 5 Stelle, and Alleanza Verdi Sinistra, remains at 41%, with Italia Viva and +Europa rising to 44.9%, adding Azione to this brings it to 47.9%. Center-right, reaching only 44.9% with the government parties; if it were to include Azione of Carlo Calenda, it would rise to 47.9%, with Futuro Nazionale even reaching 48.9%. General Roberto Vannacci, just emerging from the Carroccio, could be the decisive variable in the race.

LA NOTIZIA: Sondaggio amaro per Giorgia Meloni: secondo Termometro Politico Fratelli d’Italia è al 28,1%. Lieve flessione del Pd che arriva al 22,0%, mentre torna a respirare M5S che sale al 12,7%

Dopo le recenti elezioni amministrative, il panorama politico italiano è ancora in fase di assestamento. A certificarlo è l’ultimo sondaggio di Termometro Politico, secondo cui Fratelli d’Italia di Giorgia Meloni si attesta al 28,1%, in calo di quasi un punto e mezzo rispetto alle rilevazioni di febbraio, quando raggiungeva il 29,6%.
In difficoltà anche il Partito Democratico guidato da Elly Schlein che, secondo la stessa rilevazione, perde lo 0,2% e scende al 22%. Boccata d’ossigeno, invece, per il Movimento 5 Stelle di Giuseppe Conte che, dopo mesi complicati, recupera lo 0,2% e si porta al 12,7%.
Cresce dello 0,1% anche Forza Italia di Antonio Tajani, che sale al 7,9%, consolidando il vantaggio sulla Lega di Matteo Salvini. Il Carroccio, infatti, resta fermo al 6,8%.
In flessione Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra, che scende al 6%, così come Azione, che arretra fino al 2,9%. Perde un decimale anche Futuro Nazionale, che si attesta al 4%. Italia Viva di Matteo Renzi è al 2,5%, +Europa all’1,8%, mentre Democrazia Popolare si ferma all’1,3%. Fanalino di coda Noi Moderati, all’1,1%.
La rilevazione di Termometro Politico evidenzia anche le difficoltà della presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni. La fiducia degli intervistati, seppur in lieve ripresa, si attesta al 39,2%, dato risultante dalla somma di chi si dichiara “molto soddisfatto” (24,4%) e di chi si dice “abbastanza soddisfatto” (14,8%).
La quota di coloro che affermano di “non avere nessuna fiducia” nel premier resta invece elevata, attestandosi al 50,7%. Un dato comunque in miglioramento rispetto alla settimana precedente, quando gli insoddisfatti rappresentavano il 52,2% del campione.

After the recent municipal elections, the Italian political landscape is still settling. This is confirmed by the latest survey by Termometro Politico, which shows that Fratelli d’Italia led by Giorgia Meloni stands at 28.1%, down by almost a and a half points compared to February’s figures, when it reached 29.6%.

The Partito Democratico led by Elly Schlein is also struggling, losing 0.2% and falling to 22%, according to the same survey. Giuseppe Conte’s Movimento 5 Stelle, after a complicated period, recovers 0.2% and reaches 12.7%.

Forza Italia, led by Antonio Tajani, also increases by 0.1%, reaching 7.9%, consolidating its lead over Matteo Salvini’s Lega, which remains at 6.8%.

Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra is in decline, falling to 6%, as is Azione, which retreats to 2.9%. Futuro Nazionale also loses 0.1%, reaching 4%. Matteo Renzi’s Italia Viva is at 2.5%, +Europa at 1.8%, while Democrazia Popolare stops at 1.3%. Noi Moderati, led by 1.1%.

The Termometro Politico survey also highlights the difficulties faced by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The confidence of the interviewees, albeit slightly recovered, stands at 39.2%, a figure resulting from the sum of those who declare themselves “very satisfied” (24.4%) and those who say they are “quite satisfied” (14.8%).

The proportion of those who say they have “no confidence” in the premier remains high, standing at 50.7%. This is still an improvement compared to the previous week, when the dissatisfied represented 52.2% of the sample.

De Luca is a thorn in Elly’s side, mayor of Salerno for the fifth time.

Vincenzo De Luca’s victory in Salerno was anticipated. The former regional council president had won the mayoral office for the fifth time in the first round with a crushing lead over other candidates, approaching 60%. Franco Massimo Lanocita (M5S-Avs) was a distant second, with Gherardo Maria Marenghi, the center-right candidate, in third place, both with percentages exceeding 10%.

It was a victory entirely for De Luca and not certainly attributable to the broad coalition.

De Luca led a coalition of 7 lists, five civic and two party lists (Psi and Davvero). The symbol of the Pd was not in the field. M5S and Avs supported Lanocita's candidacy, a lawyer who could count on the support of three lists. Nothing was to be done for the center-right, which after the convulsions that preceded the presentation of the lists had managed to regroup at the last minute around Marenghi, a university professor who could count on the support of Fratelli d’Italia, Forza Italia, Lega and Noi Moderati.

Other candidates in the race

Is the center-left like the center-right? Everything … happens in Thiene. A curious scandal broke out in recent hours in Thiene, the Vicenza town that leans gently towards the Val D’Astico. The center-left municipal administration of the city, governed by Mayor “Giampi” Michelusi, hastily withdrew its sponsorship of the theatrical production “La sciagura” (The Misfortune), by and with Andrea Scanzi (produced by Loft), which will be held at the Teatro Comunale on May 29th, on Friday, May 22nd. The mayor reversed course after the furious criticism of a town councilor from Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy), Giulia Scanavin. “A municipality cannot grant its sponsorship to a communication openly aligned against the national executive,” explained the Melon supporter from the minority in the municipality. According to the local newspaper Altovicentinonline.it, the first to report the news, it was “the offensiveness” of the show’s titles and tone, signed by the journalist from Il Fatto Quotidiano, that angered Scanavin. “A municipal administration can host cultural events, even critical, satirical, or politically oriented (and thankfully so ndr), but sponsoring is another thing: it means granting public and institutional recognition. It’s a very serious matter. The municipality cannot become a tool for partisan propaganda against the Government chosen democratically by Italians.”

Even though “La sciagura” is a theatrical production that has been on tour since 2024, and was previously a published book by PaperFirst, Mayor Michelusi quickly explained what was offensive about the title while officially documenting the revocation of sponsorship, thereby agreeing with the Fratelli d’Italia councilor. “In the request submitted for a series of performances, the title in question was different, specifically it did not include the subtitle and it was not possible to presume its content.” In short, the subtitle added by the “La sciagura” production team, which became the subject of a storm, was: “Chronicle of a Government of Runaways.” Michelusi also pointed out that the draft poster had not been submitted to the municipal offices to obtain permission. “The mayor called me on Friday evening to tell me about the revocation. The posters had not yet been posted, so yesterday I erased the subtitle on the posters one by one with a black marker,” explains to FattoQuotidiano.it, the show’s organizer, Alberto Parisotto.

The withdrawal of sponsorship means a 50% reduction in the costs of poster placement. “Nothing more. The organization is autonomous and manages on its own, but it’s the Scanavin controversy that is preposterous,” Parisotto remarks. “But where is the offense? There is no defamation. From a satirical point of view, the controversy is insane,” recalls Scanzi himself. “Does the mayor really discover the content of “La sciagura” just a few days before? Is there still someone who doesn’t know that my text criticizes the Meloni government? I find the mayor’s attitude very symptomatic, to the point that on May 29th next, being also the last performance of a work on tour for three seasons, I will dedicate a passage to him at the beginning of the show.”

Sergio Mattarella parla di «trattamento incivile», di «livello infimo». Giorgia Meloni e Antonio Tajani definiscono il gesto «inaccettabile, linea rossa superata», convocano l’ambasciatore israeliano. In serata Tajani chiede all’Alto rappresentante Kaja Kallas sanzioni europee contro Ben Gvir.
Ventiquattro ore prima, mercoledì 20 maggio, il Parlamento europeo votava sull’emendamento Della Valle per l’embargo immediato di armi verso Israele. Esito: 126 favorevoli, 406 contrari, 116 astenuti. Fratelli d’Italia, Lega e Forza Italia compatti contro, registra ANSA. La stessa maggioranza che giovedì parla di linea rossa.

LA NOTIZIA: Sondaggi politici, le destre in affanno: male Fratelli d’Italia e Lega, salgono M5s e Pd

Il trend dell’ultima settimana è chiaro: i sondaggi premiano le forze del campo largo e penalizzano quelle del centrodestra. Il calo più marcato è quello registrato da Fratelli d’Italia, mentre a crescere più di chiunque altro è il Movimento 5 Stelle. Allo stesso tempo scende la Lega, mentre sale il Pd.
Ci sono due parziali eccezioni in questo trend emerso dall’ultimo sondaggio di Swg per il TgLa7: nel campo largo è rappresentata da Avs, che perde leggermente consensi ma resta comunque davanti alla Lega. A destra, invece, l’eccezione è Forza Italia, che riesce a recuperare un decimo di punto in un quadro ben poco favorevole alla coalizione di governo.
Sondaggi elettorali: male Fratelli d’Italia e Lega, salgono Pd e M5s
Partiamo dal partito di Giorgia Meloni: Fratelli d’Italia mantiene la vetta con il 28,5%, ma perde lo 0,3% rispetto alla settimana precedente. Così, inevitabilmente, si riduce il vantaggio sul Pd che riesce invece a recuperare due decimi di punto, raggiungendo il 22,2%. Ora il distacco tra i due partiti di testa è di poco superiore ai sei punti.
Chi guadagna più consensi, nell’ultima settimana, è il Movimento 5 Stelle: il partito guidato da Giuseppe Conte recupera lo 0,3% e raggiunge il 12,5%. Staccando così nettamente le forze di centrodestra, a partire da Forza Italia che, pur guadagnando lo 0,1%, non va oltre il 7,6%. A seguire c’è poi Verdi e Sinistra, nonostante un lieve calo (-0,1%): Avs si attesta ora al 6,7%. E consolida comunque il vantaggio sulla Lega, che perde due decimi di punto e si ferma al 6%.
Tra gli altri partiti, continua la risalita di Futuro Nazionale, che evidentemente rosicchia consensi ai partiti di maggioranza: guadagnando lo 0,2% supera la soglia del 4%, attestandosi al 4,1%. In crescita, dello 0,1%, troviamo anche Azione, attualmente al 3,5%. In calo, invece, Italia Viva al 2,4% (-0,2%) e +Europa (-0,1%) all’1,4%. Lieve crescita (+0,2%) per Noi Moderati, attualmente all’1,3%. Resta stabile, al 27%, la quota di chi non si esprime.

Political polls: the right is in trouble: Brothers of Italy and Lega are doing poorly, M5S and Pd are rising.

The trend for the past week is clear: polls reward the forces of the broad center and penalize those of the right-wing coalition. The sharpest decline is recorded by Fratelli d’Italia, while the Movimento 5 Stelle is growing more than any other party. At the same time, the Lega is falling, while the Pd is rising.

There are two partial exceptions to this trend emerging from the latest Swg poll for TgLa7: in the broad center, it is represented by Avs, which loses slightly of support but remains ahead of the Lega. On the right, the exception is Forza Italia, which manages to recover a tenth of a point in a picture far from favorable to the governing coalition.

Electoral polls: bad for Fratelli d’Italia and Lega, rising for Pd and M5s

Let's start with the party of Giorgia Meloni: Fratelli d’Italia maintains the lead with 28.5%, but loses 0.3% compared to the previous week. Consequently, the advantage over the Pd, which manages to recover two tenths of a point, reaching 22.2%. The gap between the two leading parties is now just slightly more than six points.

The party led by Giuseppe Conte, the Movimento 5 Stelle, is gaining the most support in the past week: the party recovers 0.3% and reaches 12.5%. This clearly surpasses the right-wing forces, starting with Forza Italia, which, despite gaining 0.1%, does not exceed 7.6%. Following is Verdi and Sinistra, despite a slight decrease (-0.1%): Avs now stands at 6.7%. And it nevertheless consolidates its lead over the Lega, which loses two tenths of a point and stops at 6%.

Among the other parties, Futuro Nazionale continues to rise, evidently nibbling at the support of the majority parties: gaining 0.2%, it surpasses the 4% threshold, standing at 4.1%. Also growing by 0.1% is Azione, currently at 3.5%. Conversely, Italia Viva is falling to 2.4% (-0.2%) and +Europa to 1.4% (-0.1%). A slight increase (+0.2%) is recorded by Noi Moderati, currently at 1.3%. Remains stable at 27% the quota of those who do not express themselves.
