“Nel Lazio i LEA, i Livelli Essenziali di Assistenza, per la PMA, la Procreazione Medicalmente Assistita, non sono ancora stati attivati per criteri irragionevoli, e senza nessun presupposto scientifico, che la Regione ha voluto imporre, ottenendo così l'unico l'effetto di innescare una miriade di ricorsi amministrativi, creando una gravissima condizione di stallo”. Lo afferma il professor Ermanno Greco, presidente della Società Italiana della Riproduzione (S.I.d.R.), che aggiunge: “Ci troviamo in una situazione di completa emergenza e bisogna intervenire subito con misure eccezionali, evitando inutili sofismi. Tutti i centri PMA del Lazio sono certificati dal CNT, il Centro Nazionale Trapianti, e abilitati allo svolgimento corretto delle procedure richieste. Cosa si cerca ancora? Le coppie che desiderano avere dei figli e formare una famiglia non sanno più dove andare e a chi rivolgersi, anche perché la Regione Toscana ha esaurito il budget per l'esecuzione delle procedure e in Lombardia il costo per la Regione è ormai il doppio di quello previsto dai LEA”. “Si parla tanto di denatalità - osserva Greco - e anche il Presidente della Repubblica, in occasione degli 80 anni della Repubblica Italiana, ha dichiarato che si concentrerebbe sull'emergenza demografica, richiamando l'attenzione sull'importanza del patrimonio umano. È ora di dire basta alle parole e alla demagogia, bisogna passare ai fatti” conclude.

Agi: Weekend di sangue sulle strade: 40 morti, più della metà motociclisti

AGI - Tra venerdì 29 e domenica 31 maggio sono state 40 le vittime di incidenti sulle strade italiane, numero in netto aumento rispetto al fine settimana precedente quando i decessi erano stati 31. A renderlo noto è l'Asaps, Associazione sostenitori e amici della polizia stradale, ricordando come il bel tempo e il ponte abbiano messo in movimento parecchi milioni di persone: si tratta del record di decessi fra tutti i weekend del 2026.
La vittima più giovane è una bambina di 22 mesi. Tra i morti altri tre minori, uno di 16 anni e due di 17 mentre le vittime più anziane sono due uomini di 83 anni. Ancora altissimo il tributo pagato dai motociclisti con 22 morti nel fine settimana (il 55% del totale), per un totale di 89 motociclisti deceduti nei soli cinque fine settimana di maggio. Tra le vittime anche 5 pedoni e 4 ciclisti.
Incidenti con più vittime
Tre gli incidenti plurimortali con 6 vittime mentre causa di 15 sinistri mortali è stata la fuoriuscita del veicolo senza il coinvolgimento di terzi. Venti gli incidenti mortali avvenuti su strade statali e provinciali. Delle 40 vittime, 16 avevano meno di 35 anni. Sette le vittime nel Lazio, 6 in Emilia-Romagna, 4 in Lombardia, 3 in Campania e Puglia, 2 in Piemonte, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Toscana e Sicilia, 1 in Liguria, Umbria, Abruzzo, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria e Sardegna.

Blood weekend on the streets: 40 dead, more than half motorcyclists.
