LA NOTIZIA: Sondaggi politici, continua la crisi del Pd: dem in calo, balzo di M5s e Futuro Nazionale

Continua il momento di difficoltà per il Pd, che perde consensi negli ultimi sondaggi e vede da una parte allontanarsi Fratelli d’Italia e dall’altra, seppur con una distanza che resta importante, avvicinarsi il Movimento 5 Stelle. Proprio i pentastellati, infatti, sono il partito che guadagna più consensi insieme a Futuro Nazionale nell’ultimo sondaggio di Swg per il TgLa7.
Tra i partiti di testa le variazioni sono minime al rialzo, con un decimo di punto guadagnato da Fratelli d’Italia e Avs. A parte i 5 Stelle, che guadagnano lo 0,3%, si registrano poi cali diffusi tra gli altri partiti: cedono lo 0,2% Pd, Forza Italia e Lega.

Fratelli d’Italia resta in testa e nella settimana successiva alle elezioni comunali guadagna anche lo 0,1% dei consensi, attestandosi così al 28,2%. Cresce il vantaggio sul Pd, che perde due decimi di punto e si ferma al 22,3%. Discorso opposto per il Movimento 5 Stelle, che guadagna tre decimi di punto e torna al 13% dei consensi.
Nel centrodestra continua il momento complicato per gli alleati di Giorgia Meloni: Forza Italia cede lo 0,2% e si ferma al 7,2%, vedendo così riavvicinarsi Verdi e Sinistra, in crescita dello 0,1% al 6,7%. Ancora peggio va alla Lega, che perdendo lo 0,2% non va oltre il 5,8%. E si avvicina così Futuro Nazionale: il partito di Roberto Vannacci continua a recuperare consensi proprio sul Carroccio, riducendo settimana dopo settimana le distanze.
Futuro Nazionale guadagna lo 0,3% e raggiunge il 4,6%, riducendo così le distanze rispetto alla Lega a poco più di un punto percentuale. Una dinamica non di poco conto negli equilibri del centrodestra in vista delle prossime elezioni politiche. Andando avanti, troviamo Azione in calo dello 0,1% al 3,4%, così come Italia Viva che si attesta al 2,4%. Stabile all’1,4% +Europa e in lieve calo c’è poi Noi Moderati all’1,2%. Scende al 28% la quota degli elettori che non si esprimono.

Political polls: the Pd (Democratic Party) continues to face a crisis; Democrats are declining, a surge in M5s (Five Star Movement) and Future Italy.

The difficult moment for the Pd continues, as it loses support in the latest polls and sees Brothers of Italy distancing itself on one side and, albeit with a significant distance, approaching the Five Star Movement on the other. Specifically, the Five Star Movement is the party that gains the most support alongside Future National in the latest Swg poll for TgLa7.

Among the leading parties, the variations are minimal upwards, with a tenth of a point gained by Brothers of Italy and Avs. Apart from the 5 Stars, which gain 0.3%, there are widespread declines among the other parties: Pd, Forza Italia, and Lega cede 0.2%.

Electoral polls, Pd in distress while M5s and Future National grow

Brothers of Italy remains in the lead and, in the week following the municipal elections, gains 0.1% of support, reaching 28.2%. The lead over the Pd increases, which loses two tenths of a point and stops at 22.3%. An opposite trend for the Five Star Movement, which gains three tenths of a point and returns to 13% of support.

In the center-right, the allies of Giorgia Meloni continue to experience a difficult moment: Forza Italia cedes 0.2% and stops at 7.2%, thus seeing Verdi and Sinistra, which grow by 0.1% to 6.7%. It goes even worse for Lega, which losing 0.2% does not go beyond 5.8%. And so Future National comes closer: the party of Roberto Vannacci continues to recover support precisely on the Carroccio, reducing week after week the distances.

Future National gains 0.3% and reaches 4.6%, thus reducing the distances with Lega by just over a percentage point. A dynamic not insignificant in the balances of the center-right in view of the next political elections. Going forward, we find Action down 0.1% at 3.4%, as does Italia Viva which stabilizes at 2.4%. Stable at 1.4% is +Europa and in slight decline is then Noi Moderati at 1.2%. The quota of voters who do not express themselves drops to 28%.

Raccontano che quanto successo l’altro pomeriggio a Pozzolo – fuoristrada con il Suv e tasso alcolemico doppio rispetto al limite di legge – abbia molto irritato Roberto Vannacci, vista anche la tempistica dell’incidente, a ridosso dell’assemblea costituente di Futuro Nazionale, in programma il 13 e il 14 giugno a Roma. Per di più, a poche ore dall’arrivo nel partito di quattro nuovi parlamentari, due da Forza Italia e due dalla Lega (ma potrebbe esserci anche un quinto ingresso, sempre dal Carroccio). Non a caso, la linea che trapela da FN è che lo stesso Pozzolo dovrà chiarire subito e pubblicamente quanto accaduto. Il generale auspica una sorta di assunzione di responsabilità, in un momento cruciale per l’ascesa della sua creatura, ormai a un punto dalla Lega stando a vari sondaggi.

Ancora presto probabilmente per misurare gli effetti sui partiti del voto alle elezioni comunali dell’ultimo fine settimana. Le vittorie a Venezia e Reggio Calabria sorridono alla maggioranza di centrodestra, con la premier Meloni che esulta, quelle del Campo Largo tra Salerno, Prato e Pistoia mantengono viva la competizione misurata nella Supermedia di sondaggi di Youtrend per Agenzia Italia. Le variazioni sono state calcolate rispetto ai dati dello scorso 14 maggio.
Se il Campo Largo con Partito Democratico, Movimento 5 Stelle e Alleanza Verdi Sinistra è stabile al 41%, con Italia Viva e +Europa sale al 44,9%, se a questi si aggiunge anche Azione si arriva al 47,9%. Centrodestra che solo con le forze al governo arriva al 44,9%: nel caso in cui dovesse inglobare Azione di Carlo Calenda salirebbe al 47,9%, con Futuro Nazionale addirittura al 48,9%. Quello del generale Roberto Vannacci appena fuori uscito dal Carroccio potrebbe essere la variabile decisiva della corsa.

Political polls: parties and coalitions of the majority and opposition after the municipal elections, the latest Supermedia.

It is still too early to measure the effects on parties from the vote in last weekend’s municipal elections. The victories in Venice and Reggio Calabria favor the center-right majority, with Prime Minister Meloni celebrating, while the Campo Largo victories in Salerno, Prato, and Pistoia keep the competition measured in Youtrend’s Supermedia survey for Agenzia Italia. The variations were calculated compared to the data of May 14th.

If the Campo Largo, with the Partito Democratico, Movimento 5 Stelle, and Alleanza Verdi Sinistra, remains at 41%, with Italia Viva and +Europa rising to 44.9%, adding Azione to this brings it to 47.9%. Center-right, reaching only 44.9% with the government parties; if it were to include Azione of Carlo Calenda, it would rise to 47.9%, with Futuro Nazionale even reaching 48.9%. General Roberto Vannacci, just emerging from the Carroccio, could be the decisive variable in the race.

Government divided (again) on Ukraine in the EU. League: “It would be an economic and social damage.” Tajani: “We are favorable, but first the Balkans.”

The issue of Ukraine’s accession is dividing Europe, as well as the Italian government. While support for military and economic aid to Kyiv, until now, has only been possible thanks to the silence strategy adopted by the League, the news of a possible opening of the first negotiation chapter between Brussels and Kyiv has triggered the reaction of the Carroccio: “The League is absolutely opposed to any hypothesis of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union – it reads from a note released by Matteo Salvini’s party – In addition to not having the necessary requirements, which other countries have or are about to obtain after years of work, Kyiv in the EU would represent an economic and social damage of enormous proportions.”

Words that resemble those of former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban or those circulating in the corridors of Brussels among representatives of the right, not necessarily extreme, Polish. And that certainly do not find a clear opposition even from the new Prime Minister of Budapest, Peter Magyar, ready, according to reports, to lift the veto on Kyiv’s accession process but only if Europe fully unlocks the funds intended for his country and frozen during the Orban era. The problem is that the Italian government and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni have until now guaranteed their support for Ukraine “as long as it is needed.” A “whatever it takes” that has not taken into account the different opinions within the majority.

Different, albeit cautious, is the approach of Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who at a press conference at the informal Foreign Affairs Council in Limassol specified: “We are favorable to initiating a path that leads Ukraine into the European Union, but we must not forget that there are other candidate countries, we must not forget the Balkans. Therefore, for us, the priority is the Balkans – he said – Ukraine and Moldova must initiate a path, they must fight corruption and respect the rules to become part of the European Union and we are ready to do our part to help them.” However, to understand what direction the Roman executive will take, it would be necessary to hear Giorgia Meloni’s statements.

A debutt that barely touched 15% in a Leghist land for three-term incumbents. At the moment, in the lead is the progressive field candidate, Rossella Buratti, at almost 34%. FI on one side and Lega, FdI and Noi Moderati on the other, are vying for second place. An inevitable runoff election, which could also be influenced by the “Vannacci” candidate.

A lesson and a warning for the “allies”? No one is willing to speculate. The center-right remains silent on the case. Apart from Alessandro Sorte, regional secretary of FI in Lombardy: “There has been much talk of the Vannacci effect, but it seems to me that the only truly visible effect is that of the moderate, liberal, popular area, which in Vigevano has shown itself to be alive” referring to the results of the Azzerri candidate Paolo Previde Massara. But in conversations off the record, the center-right downplays the significance of the local vote (and notes the result below one percent of the Vannacci list in Venice), but is chewing bitter. Therefore, it shifts the spotlight – in official comments – to the situation in Venice with Simone Venturini, assessor for the outgoing Brugnaro mayor, and the turnaround in Reggio Calabria with Francesco Cannizzaro. Yet, the advance of the Vannacciani is alarming. Even in light of the ongoing purchases that the general continues, in crescendo. The latest “coup” is the birth of a group of Futuro Nazionale in the Regional Council of Lombardy. Tomorrow the official announcement on the Capitoline Hill. It will be born thanks to the adhesion of Pietro Macconi to Fn, a councilor for Fratelli d’Italia and Luca Ferrazzi of the Mixed Group.

It will be second in a region, after Massimiliano Simoni in Tuscany, the former Leghist who, by passing with the general, earned him a councilor. The party of Vannacci, which boasts 60,000 members, is looking to 2027: “We will be there then,” assures the founder. And convinced of the role of his protégé compared to the center-right (“it’s a kind of sextant: it takes bearings, it establishes the right course”), the leader appears almost irreverent when answering a question about his daughter, Silvio Berlusconi. “Who is Marina Berlusconi? I don’t see her as head of a political party. Or are we saying that Forza Italia is a party directed by power, money, and the media?” Returning to the last electoral test before the Political Elections, the majority allies are focusing on confirmations. This is also done by Matteo Salvini, who comments: “The center-right advances, the Lega confirms and wins mayors throughout Italy” and thanks the voters. The reference is to the first citizens of the north, among the Bergamasca and the province of Brescia, won by the Carroccio. The latest purchase is instead Stefano Candiani, a Leghist deputy who became mayor of Macugnaga, in Piedmont, with 83% of the votes.
