Come non detto, avevamo sbagliato. I giudici che si sono occupati della “Famiglia del Bosco” non hanno violato alcuna norma né commesso alcun abuso disciplinare. A stabilirlo ufficialmente, stamane, il ministero della Giustizia. “All’esito dell’inchiesta sulla ‘Famiglia del bosco’ disposta dal ministro, non sono emersi profili di illeciti disciplinari da parte dei magistrati”, si legge infatti in una nota del ministero guidato da Carlo Nordio.
“Le decisioni di merito in ossequio all’indipendenza e all’autonomia della magistratura non sono oggetto di valutazione. Così il ministro della giustizia dispone l’archiviazione dell’inchiesta”, conclude la nota.
Gli ispettori inviati da Nordio a marzo scorso
A marzo scorso era stato lo stesso Guardasigilli a inviare gli ispettori al Tribunale dell’Aquila, senza però che venissero riscontrate anomalie nel procedimento che a novembre 2025 aveva portato all’allontanamento dei tre figli dalla coppia Catherine Birmingham e Nathan Trevallion.
A fine 2025, dopo il primo allontanamento forzato dei tre minori, il ministro si era detto “perplesso per la misura estrema”, adottata dai giudici, pur riconoscendo che la scelta dei genitori di vivere “ispirandosi a Rousseau” non doveva tradursi automaticamente in un danno per i bimbi.
La seconda ispezione
Dopo il secondo provvedimento che allontanava i bambini anche dalla madre (la quale si trovava con loro in una struttura protetta), Nordio aveva inviato una seconda ispezione, sollecitando “una definitiva conclusione sulla vicenda”.
Che è arrivata oggi con la relazione finale degli ispettori, la quale ha escluso qualsiasi violazione delle regole procedurali o condotta scorretta da parte dei pm e dei giudici minorili.
Peccato che insieme alla chiusura della pratica, non siamo arrivate anche le scuse dell’intero governo (a partire dal vicepremier Matteo Salvini), il quale aveva cavalcato la vicenda per fare campagna elettorale per il referendum sulla Giustizia, trasformandola in un’arma contro i magistrati. Inutilmente.

Unstated, we had made a mistake. The judges who dealt with the “Family of the Forest” did not violate any rules or commit any disciplinary offenses. To officially establish this, the Ministry of Justice stated it this morning. “Following the investigation into the ‘Family of the Forest’ ordered by the Minister, no profiles of disciplinary misconduct were found with the magistrates,” reads a note from the Ministry led by Carlo Nordio. “Decisions of merit in accordance with the independence and autonomy of the judiciary are not subject to evaluation. Therefore, the Minister of Justice orders the archiving of the investigation,” the note concludes.

The inspectors sent by Nordio last March
Last March it was the same Attorney General who sent the inspectors to the Court of Aquila, without however any anomalies being found in the procedure that, in November 2025, led to the removal of the three children from the couple Catherine Birmingham and Nathan Trevallion.

At the end of 2025, after the first forced removal of the three minors, the Minister had said he was “perplexed by the extreme measure” adopted by the judges, while recognizing that the parents’ choice to live “inspired by Rousseau” should not automatically result in harm to the children.

The second inspection
After the second measure that removed the children even from their mother (who was with them in a protected facility), Nordio had sent a second inspection, requesting “a definitive conclusion on the matter.”

Which arrived today with the final report of the inspectors, which ruled out any violation of procedural rules or improper conduct by the prosecutors and juvenile judges.

It’s a shame that together with the closure of the case, we did not also receive apologies from the entire government (starting with Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini), who had ridden the issue to campaign for the referendum on the Justice system, transforming it into a weapon against the magistrates. In vain.

LA NOTIZIA: Sondaggi politici, cambiano gli equilibri: Futuro Nazionale incalza le destre e i 5 Stelle fanno pressione sul Pd

Nuovi equilibri sia a destra che a sinistra. Gli ultimi sondaggi, raccolti dalla Supermedia di Youtrend per Agi, evidenziano due trend. Partiamo dalla maggioranza, con il centrodestra in affanno e che perde contatto con il campo largo. A causare, però, lo smottamento delle forze di governo è un altro partito di destra, ovvero Futuro Nazionale.
Il movimento di Roberto Vannacci guadagna lo 0,7% mentre la coalizione di governo perde lo 0,8%, soprattutto a causa della Lega. E così ora il campo largo ha un vantaggio di un punto e l’adesione di Futuro Nazionale nella coalizione può diventare decisiva. Si muove qualcosa anche nel fronte progressista: il Pd resta il primo partito della coalizione, ma perde consensi a favore dei 5 Stelle, che sono così un po’ meno lontani ora.
Sondaggi elettorali, M5s e Vannacci ribaltano gli equilibri delle coalizioni
Chi non risente particolarmente degli ultimi sondaggi è Fratelli d’Italia: il partito di Giorgia Meloni resta stabile al 28,2%. E aumenta così il suo vantaggio sul Pd, che perde lo 0,4% e si ferma al 21,8%. Ne approfittano anche i 5 Stelle, che guadagnando mezzo punto percentuale in due settimane tornando al 13%.
Difficoltà nel centrodestra per gli altri partiti della coalizione: Forza Italia cede lo 0,1% all’8,2% e la Lega perde lo 0,4% al 6,7%. Si avvicina così Verdi/Sinistra, in crescita di un decimo di punto al 6,6%. Ma si avvicina anche Futuro Nazionale, con sette decimi di punto guadagnati e dato attuale al 4,3%. Stabile, poi, Azione al 3% e flessione dello 0,1% per Italia Viva al 2,4%, +Europa all’1,4% e Noi Moderati all’1,1%.
Il campo largo allunga sul centrodestra
Per quanto riguarda le coalizioni attuali, il campo largo – pur perdendo lo 0,1% – riesce ad allungare sul centrodestra: ora i progressisti si attestano al 45,1% contro il 44,1% della coalizione di governo, che nelle ultime due settimane ha perso lo 0,8% nella Supermedia. Cresce invece Futuro Nazionale al 4,3% mentre Azione è stabile al 3%.

Let’s start with the majority, with the center-right in difficulty and losing touch with the broad field. However, what is causing the shift in the governing forces is another right-wing party, namely Futuro Nazionale.
The movement of Roberto Vannacci gains 0.7% while the governing coalition loses 0.8%, mainly due to Lega. Davanti al silenzio dell’Occidente sulla condotta militare di Israele in Cisgiordania, a puntare il dito contro il governo di Benjamin Netanyahu è il quotidiano israeliano Haaretz. Sul prestigioso giornale campeggia un articolo intitolato “Dopo Gaza, Israele sta ora causando il collasso del sistema sanitario della Cisgiordania”, nel quale si sostiene che il sequestro delle entrate doganali palestinesi da parte di Tel Aviv abbia aggravato il debito del Ministero della Sanità palestinese.
Per effetto di questa crisi economica, prosegue l’articolo, l’Autorità palestinese potrebbe presto non essere più in grado di garantire nemmeno i servizi sanitari essenziali. Nell’analisi di Haaretz si evidenzia come il debito accumulato dal Ministero della Sanità nei confronti dei fornitori esterni abbia raggiunto i 2,6 miliardi di shekel, pari a circa 907 milioni di dollari. Donald Trump, a parole, sostiene che l’accordo con l’Iran sia a un passo. Nel frattempo, però, riprendono i bombardamenti contro obiettivi strategici di Teheran. Nella notte, gli Stati Uniti hanno condotto quelli che il Centcom definisce “raid difensivi” sull’isola iraniana di Qeshm, provocando la risposta dei Pasdaran, che hanno lanciato missili balistici e droni contro installazioni americane in Kuwait e Bahrein.
Come riporta il Centcom, “l’Iran ha lanciato diversi missili balistici verso i Paesi vicini della regione e tutti hanno fallito nel centrare i loro obiettivi. Due missili lanciati verso il Kuwait si sono spezzati durante il volo e tre diretti in Bahrein sono stati intercettati. Poco prima, le forze americane hanno abbattuto tre droni lanciati dall’Iran contro imbarcazioni civili in transito nelle acque della regione. Le forze americane hanno inoltre condotto attacchi difensivi contro una stazione di controllo militare iraniana sull’isola di Qeshm”.

Ma non è tutto. I Pasdaran, come riporta il quotidiano Iran International, avvertono che “qualsiasi nuova follia, qualsiasi ulteriore aggressione o qualsiasi mossa che tocchi anche solo un centimetro dei nostri confini e della nostra sovranità incontrerà una risposta sismica, schiacciante e decisiva, che andrà oltre le normali regole e i limiti”.
“Le nostre coraggiose forze non esiteranno a ridurre in cenere tutte le basi degli aggressori e i loro interessi nella regione. Il tempo degli attacchi a sorpresa è finito e le forze oppressive devono accettare le gravi conseguenze della loro ignoranza e del loro avventurismo sconsiderato”, concludono i Pasdaran.

“Our courageous forces will not hesitate to turn all the bases of aggressors and their interests in the region to ash. The time of surprise attacks is over and oppressive forces must accept the serious consequences of their ignorance and reckless adventurism,” the Pasdaran conclude.

Gentile lettrice, secondo un’inchiesta dell’anno scorso del New York Times il 25% degli americani non fa sesso da almeno un anno e tra questi i giovani sotto i 30 anni sono addirittura il 30%, il quadruplo del 2008. Lo stesso fenomeno in Giappone, accompagnato da stili di vita solitari e isolamento dalle proprie comunità. Qualcosa di simile forse accade anche in Italia, vista la bassa natalità. Però non credo sia colpa solo dei telefoni. Certo, l’isolamento da iper-tecnologia conta come anche la diffusa pornografia in internet, ma a mio parere la causa profonda è la mancanza di ideali condivisi. È paradossale, ma la morte delle ideologie credo abbia a che fare con il sesso. La caduta delle illusioni, quelle che un tempo si chiamavano “utopie sociali”, crea desocializzazione. Se non si è più partecipi di pensieri e aspirazioni comuni, viene meno l’attrazione che unisce i giovani di una stessa generazione. In sostanza accade il contrario del ’68, quando si era uniti anche quando divisi su opposte barricate di destra e di sinistra: si era tutti partecipi di quel flusso storico che animava le nostre società. Ora questo non c’è più. Se ne vedono forse segni di rinascita nel sollevamento contro le carneficine israeliane a Gaza, ma è presto per dire che una nuova epoca sia alle porte. Per il momento non ci rimane che rimpiangere i tempi dei Beatles, degli hippy, delle minigonne e della rivoluzione sessuale, quando le cose andavano molto meglio.

If you are no longer part of common thoughts and aspirations, the attraction that unites young people of the same generation disappears. In essence, the opposite of ’68 is happening, when people were united even when divided by opposing barricades of right and left: we were all part of that historical current that animated our societies. L’Iran frena sostenendo che non è stato ancora raggiunto un accordo con gli Usa, ma intanto Donald Trump si è chiuso nella Situation Room per capire se è arrivato il momento di firmare l’intesa. Non c’è un accordo definitivo, dice Teheran sostenendo che i negoziatori si stanno scambiando messaggi per chiudere tutti i punti in sospeso. Ma i segnali sembrano incoraggianti.
Il presidente degli Stati Uniti pone nuovamente le sue condizioni, ricordando che “l’Iran deve impegnarsi a non dotarsi mai di armi o bombe nucleari” e che “lo Stretto di Hormuz deve essere immediatamente riaperto, senza pedaggi”. Sono anche altri, comunque, i punti sottolineati in un post su Truth da Trump, a partire dall’uranio arricchito “che giace sepolto in profondità nel sottosuolo”. Quell’uranio, sostiene il presidente Usa, “verrà portato alla luce dagli Stati Uniti” e verrà “distrutto”. Infine, Trump assicura che “non ci sarà alcuno scambio di denaro”. Le sue parole vengono però bollate da Teheran come “un misto di verità e menzogne”: per l’Iran quelle dichiarazioni non rispecchiano del tutto la bozza di accordo.
L’agenzia di stampa iraniana, Fars, sostiene che le parole di Trump siano – per Teheran – “prive di credibilità”. Il punto più controverso è quello relativo al materiale arricchito del’Iran distrutto, una frase ritenuta “totalmente infondata”. Teheran sottolinea anche che la riapertura dello Stretto di Hormuz senza pedaggi non è in realtà un punto della bozza d’intesa.

L’Ue protesta per il drone russo che nella notte ha colpito un edificio residenziale nella città di Galati, in Romania (membro della Nato). Un atto che sembra avvicinare, ancor di più, uno scontro diretto tra Europa e Russia, come afferma chiaramente anche il vicepresidente del Consiglio di sicurezza della Federazione Russa, Dmitri Medvedev.
I droni non erano, quasi certamente, indirizzati verso la Romania ma dovevano forse colpire obiettivi nella regione di Odessa, non lontano dal luogo dell’incidente. Mosca, però, invece di gettare acqua sul fuoco ha deciso di riaccendere lo scontro con Bruxelles accusando le autorità europee di essere “unilateralmente in guerra con la Russia”.

Medvedev si è rivolto, con un post su X, direttamente ai cittadini dei Paesi dell’Ue: “Sappiate che le vostre autorità sono entrate unilateralmente in guerra con la Russia. Quindi siate vigili e non sorprendetevi di nulla. Il sonno tranquillo è finito. Ma sapete a chi chiedere spiegazioni”.
Già prima il vicepresidente del Consiglio di sicurezza russo si era rivolto all’Ue commentando il caso del drone che ha colpito un edificio in Romania: ha definito gli Stati membri dell’Unione “euro-impotenti”. Medvedev però ha anche sottolineato che bisogna “scoprire di chi fosse” quel drone: “Droni europei, pezzi di ricambio per questi droni, altre armi, per non parlare dell’intelligence, partecipano quotidianamente ad attacchi contro il nostro Paese. A causa delle loro azioni, edifici residenziali vengono danneggiati e i nostri civili muoiono”.
Da qui era partito il primo avvertimento: “Si preparino: questo continuerà ad accadere. C’è una guerra! E i cittadini degli Stati dell’Ue, come le popolazioni dei Paesi in guerra, non potranno dormire sonni tranquilli”. “Questa non sarà l’ultima volta”, ha inoltre aggiunto il leader russo sottolineando che l’Ue è già in guerra con Mosca.

Dopo le recenti elezioni amministrative, il panorama politico italiano è ancora in fase di assestamento. A certificarlo è l’ultimo sondaggio di Termometro Politico, secondo cui Fratelli d’Italia di Giorgia Meloni si attesta al 28,1%, in calo di quasi un punto e mezzo rispetto alle rilevazioni di febbraio, quando raggiungeva il 29,6%.
In difficoltà anche il Partito Democratico guidato da Elly Schlein che, secondo la stessa rilevazione, perde lo 0,2% e scende al 22%. Boccata d’ossigeno, invece, per il Movimento 5 Stelle di Giuseppe Conte che, dopo mesi complicati, recupera lo 0,2% e si porta al 12,7%.
Cresce dello 0,1% anche Forza Italia di Antonio Tajani, che sale al 7,9%, consolidando il vantaggio sulla Lega di Matteo Salvini. Il Carroccio, infatti, resta fermo al 6,8%.
In flessione Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra, che scende al 6%, così come Azione, che arretra fino al 2,9%. Perde un decimale anche Futuro Nazionale, che si attesta al 4%. Italia Viva di Matteo Renzi è al 2,5%, +Europa all’1,8%, mentre Democrazia Popolare si ferma all’1,3%. Fanalino di coda Noi Moderati, all’1,1%.
La rilevazione di Termometro Politico evidenzia anche le difficoltà della presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni. La fiducia degli intervistati, seppur in lieve ripresa, si attesta al 39,2%, dato risultante dalla somma di chi si dichiara “molto soddisfatto” (24,4%) e di chi si dice “abbastanza soddisfatto” (14,8%).
La quota di coloro che affermano di “non avere nessuna fiducia” nel premier resta invece elevata, attestandosi al 50,7%. Un dato comunque in miglioramento rispetto alla settimana precedente, quando gli insoddisfatti rappresentavano il 52,2% del campione.
