Va bene essere informati sulla crisi internazionale ma le opposizioni non si fidano di Giorgia Meloni e, fatta eccezione per Carlo Calenda, diffidano dell’offerta del tavolo. Sebbene i no arrivino con diverse sfumature. Con un atteggiamento meno ostile da Iv e +Europa, un no netto da M5s e Avs e i Dem che mettono sul piatto le condizioni per poter eventualmente andare a vedere.

Il governo è disponibile, l’opposizione continua a restare sulle barricate”.

Duro Giuseppe Conte (M5S): “Lo scambio di informazioni col governo – osserva – è necessario. Ma per lo scambio istituzionale la sede è il Parlamento. La passerella a Chigi a cosa serve?”. La stessa linea di Avs: “Il tavolo – evidenzia Angelo Bonelli – non è percorribile perché la premier continua a non condannare gli Usa” e “passerelle per andare davanti alle tv proprio no”. Il leader di Iv ne fa soprattutto una questione di opportunità. “E’ chiaro – osserva Matteo Renzi – che se proponi un tavolo la settimana in cui c’è la discussione sul referendum, dopo che per lungo tempo non hai fatto niente, gli altri dicano: non facciamo il tavolo”. Dalle parti del Pd, intanto, a riassumere la posizione è il presidente Stefano Bonaccini: “La condanna dell’attacco in Iran – evidenzia – è un presupposto necessario per sedersi allo stesso tavolo”.

Il premier Benjamin Netanyahu saluta l’archiviazione: sono combattenti eroici. Il ministro della Difesa Israel Katz si congratula con i soldati. LA NOTIZIA: Guerra in Iran, precipita un aereo cisterna americano in Iraq: il Pentagono parla di “incidente in volo”, ma non è ancora chiaro cosa sia successo

Un aereo cisterna KC-135 americano, impegnato nelle operazioni militari contro Teheran, è precipitato in condizioni ancora poco chiare durante una missione di rifornimento in volo. Secondo il comando militare statunitense lo schianto sarebbe avvenuto dopo un incidente tra due velivoli nello stesso spazio aereo, uno dei quali è riuscito ad atterrare mentre l’altro, ossia il KC-135, si è schiantato rovinosamente al suolo.

In tutto questo, la guerra in Iran continua a infuriare. Particolarmente critica è la situazione nello Stretto di Hormuz dove il blocco al transito delle navi, a causa della minaccia dei pasdaran, sta creando uno schock energetico globale perché da quel piccolo lembo di mare passa circa un quinto del petrolio mondiale.
Difficile che lo Stretto di Hormuz torni navigabile a breve visto che la nuova Guida Suprema dell’Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, nel suo – fin qui unico – intervento pubblico ha detto che il mondo deve arrendersi davanti al fatto che il blocco è destinato a durare a lungo, con le inevitabili ripercussioni sul prezzo del petrolio che continua a salire giornalmente.

LA NOTIZIA: Referendum, Meloni cambia registro: retromarcia sugli attacchi alla magistratura e gelo su Bartolozzi

Un cambio di tono evidente. Un atteggiamento che sembra, finalmente, accogliere l’appello del presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, che aveva chiesto di abbassare i toni dello scontro in vista del referendum sulla giustizia. Stavolta Giorgia Meloni, in occasione della kermesse di Fratelli d’Italia in favore del Sì a Milano, sceglie un approccio meno conflittuale.
Non a caso il primo messaggio che manda è rivolto ai magistrati, finora più volti attaccati per le loro decisioni, soprattutto con l’avvicinarsi del referendum. “Non facciamo questa riforma perché ce l’abbiamo con qualcuno, qui nessuno ha in mente di liberarsi della magistratura”, assicura Meloni. Per la presidente del Consiglio, invece, l’obiettivo della riforma è “sistemare quello che non funziona anche per i magistrati e soprattutto per i cittadini”.

Insomma, Meloni smentisce di fatto Giusi Bartolozzi, la capa di gabinetto del ministero della Giustizia che aveva invitato a votare sì per togliere “di mezzo la magistratura”. La presidente del Consiglio invia il messaggio opposto, sostenendo che invece il governo non vuole liberarsi della magistratura.
Meloni si concentra su alcuni punti della riforma e ribadisce che anche in caso di vittoria del No non ci sarebbero conseguenze per il governo e che lei punta ad “arrivare alla fine della legislatura”. Certo, qualche frecciatina alla magistratura non può mancare, ricordando che in passato le riforme della giustizia sono naufragate anche a causa “dell’interdizione esercitata dall’Anm o da gruppi di magistrati che avevano grande notorietà mediatica”.
La presidente del Consiglio sottolinea poi che i magistrati hanno un “potere enorme” e che è “l’unico a cui non corrisponde una adeguata responsabilità, perché se un magistrato sbaglia non subisce alcuna conseguenza, anzi spesso avanza di carriera”. Nonostante qualche attacco, però, Meloni stavolta ribadisce che la riforma “non è contro i magistrati, ma per tutti i magistrati”.

LA NOTIZIA: Il caro carburanti è un salasso: inarrestabile la corsa del diesel ormai sopra i 2 euro al litro. Male anche la benzina stabilmente oltre 1,8 euro al litro

Passano i giorni ma il prezzo dei carburanti non accenna a frenare la sua corsa che si sta trasformando in un salasso per gli automobilisti italiani. Un trend che va avanti dall’inizio della guerra in Iran e che ha spinto la benzina a oltrepassare la soglia psicologica di 1,8 euro al litro nella media nazionale self service. Si tratta di un livello che non si vedeva da più di un anno.
Ben peggiore la situazione del diesel che continua a stabilire, restando ormai stabilmente oltre i 2 euro al litro.
Il caro carburanti fa paura
Secondo le rilevazioni di Staffetta Quotidiana, basate sui dati comunicati all’Osservatorio prezzi del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, la benzina self service si attesta in media a 1,802 euro al litro, mentre il diesel arriva addirittura a 2,013 euro al litro. Nel ‘servito’ la benzina sfiora 1,94 euro al litro, mentre il diesel supera agevolmente la soglia dei 2,14 euro al litro.
Un’emergenza che sulle autostrade è ormai fuori controllo, con la benzina self service arrivata a 1,886 euro al litro, e il gasolio a 2,066. Numeri shock per il ‘servito’ che in autostrada vede la benzina toccare quota 2,139 euro al litro, mentre il gasolio – sempre in modalità ‘servito’ – arriva adedirittura a 2,316 al litro.
Per quanto riguarda i carburanti alternativi, il GPL resta attorno a 0,703 euro al litro mentre il metano viaggia vicino a 1,487 euro al chilo.

Com’è facilmente intuibile, a causare questo trend rialzista è la guerra in Iran che, purtroppo, sembra lontana dal concludersi. Per questo i mercati petroliferi restano nervosi, con le quotazioni del greggio che continuano a oscillare pericolosamente.
Malgrado ciò, fortunatamente qualche piccolo ritocco verso il basso c’è stato con IP che ha tagliato due centesimi su benzina e diesel, mentre Tamoil ha limato di un centesimo il gasolio. Quel che è certo è che la situazione resta preoccupante e se la guerra dovesse prolungarsi, non si escludono nuovi ritocchi verso l’alto dei prezzi dei carburanti.

Non faccio che pensare a quelle 160 bambine di una scuola elementare uccise da un missile in Iran. Povere creature. E nessuno pagherà.

Gentile lettrice, se c’è una cosa certa al mondo, è che nessuno pagherà per quel crimine. Anzi, è prudente non ricordare il nome degli assassini, come sa un giornalista che durante la rassegna stampa in tv ha detto: “La scuola delle bambine, colpita da (pausa)… non si sa chi”. Pronunciare i nomi dei due presunti padroni del mondo, Usa e Israele, gli sembrava troppo pericoloso per la sua carriera. Al confronto della barbarie israelo-americana, la guerra ucraina è un torneo di antichi cavalieri e Putin un Re immacolato. Comunque, il missile sulla scuola può essere stato un errore tecnico o umano. Invece non c’è scusante nell’affondamento della fregata iraniana nell’Oceano Indiano il 4 marzo. La nave, dopo aver partecipato a un’esercitazione congiunta in Sri Lanka, faceva ritorno a casa. Era disarmata perché l’esercitazione richiedeva di avere a bordo solo proiettili a salve. Giunta al largo, è stata affondata con un siluro da un sommergibile Usa che l’attendeva. Gli americani non si sono mossi neppure per salvare i naufraghi, come vorrebbe la legge del mare. 148 morti e 32 superstiti tratti in salvo dalle navi dello Sri Lanka. Una strage a freddo, una vergogna, un crimine di guerra. Ma, vede, il Segretario alla Difesa Hegseth è colui che, a detta dei giornali Usa, quando un comandante chiese il permesso di salvare tre pescatori venezuelani sopravvissuti a un missile, rispose: “No, ammazzateli”. Questa non è guerra: questi sono omicidi di terra e di mare.

Dear reader, if there’s one thing certain in the world, it’s that no one will pay for that crime. In fact, it’s wise not to remember the names of the assassins, as a journalist said during a press review on television: “The school of the girls, hit by (pause)… we don’t know who.” He found it too dangerous for his career to pronounce the names of the two presumed masters of the world, the US and Israel. In comparison to the barbarity of Israeli-American, the war in Ukraine is a tournament of ancient knights and Putin an immaculate king. However, the missile on the school may have been a technical or human error. Instead there is no excuse for the sinking of the Iranian frigate in the Indian Ocean on March 4th. The ship, having participated in a joint exercise in Sri Lanka, was returning home. It was disarmed because the exercise required only salvo shells on board. Having reached the open sea, it was sunk by a US submarine that was waiting for it. The Americans didn’t even move to save the drowning men, as maritime law dictates. 148 dead and 32 survivors were rescued by ships from Sri Lanka. A cold-blooded massacre, a shame, a war crime. But, you see, Secretary of Defense Hegseth is the one, according to US newspapers, who when a commander asked for permission to rescue three Venezuelan fishermen who had survived a missile, replied: “No, kill them.” This is not war: these are murders on land and at sea.

LA NOTIZIA: Meloni in Parlamento su Iran e Consiglio Ue. La protesta delle opposizioni: siano due comunicazioni distinte

Scontro in Senato fra maggioranza e opposizioni alla vigilia delle comunicazioni della premier Giorgia Meloni, che questa mattina arriverà a Palazzo Madama per parlare della guerra in Iran e del prossimo Consiglio europeo del 19 e 20 marzo. Ovvero in ritardo sul primo fronte, in anticipo sul secondo. La premier è “insofferente” rispetto al Parlamento, reclamano le opposizioni che vogliono due comunicazioni distinte.

Il ministro per i Rapporti con il Parlamento, Luca Ciriani sottolinea come il Parlamento sia “al centro” dell’agenda politica del governo. Peraltro non è escluso che possano essere presentate risoluzioni distinte e da votare sui due temi che sono all’ordine del giorno del dibattito in Aula: la guerra e i temi del Consiglio europeo. Ma, viene spiegato, deciderà la presidenza del Senato.
Parlamento umiliato
“Sul consiglio Ue la presidente Meloni sta facendo una forzatura grave e sta umiliando il Parlamento che si troverà a dover discutere di temi che non si sa se sono all’ordine del giorno perché’ questo ancora non c’è e arriverà, come sempre, solo qualche giorno prima. C’è un Odg provvisorio ma antecedente alla guerra in Iran che data 24 febbraio”, osserva Francesco Boccia, presidente dei senatori del Pd. “E’ molto grave tutto questo” e denota “insofferenza del governo verso qualsiasi forma di controllo parlamentare” aggiunge, sottolineando che in capigruppo “c’è stata la protesta ferma delle opposizioni”.
Concordi i capigruppo Raffaella Paita di Iv, Luca Pirondini del M5s e, in rappresentanza di Avs, il senatore Tino Magni. Pirondini, rispondendo ai giornalisti su un’eventuale risoluzione comune delle opposizioni, ha risposto: “Ci lavoriamo. C’è sicuramente la volontà di provare a trovare la soluzione”.

LA NOTIZIA: Ucraina, ripartono i negoziati ma le trattative sono già in salita

I negoziati tra Russia e Ucraina potrebbero riprendere la prossima settimana, ma le probabilità che si rilevino un fallimento sono già altissime. Tanto più nell’attuale, caotico, scenario geopolitico, con la crisi in Medio Oriente e la guerra in Iran che avvantaggia Mosca e che Vladimir Putin ha intenzione di utilizzare a suo favore. Il presidente ucraino, Volodymyr Zelensky, ha comunicato che gli Stati Uniti hanno proposto un nuovo round di colloqui mediati da Washington per cercare uno spiraglio verso la fine della guerra.
Gli Usa propongono nuovi negoziati trilaterali a Russia e Ucraina
I negoziati trilaterali si dovrebbero tenere la prossima settimana dopo il fallimento dei precedenti due round. L’incontro potrebbe svolgersi in Svizzera o in Turchia, ha fatto sapere Zelensky. I negoziati partirebbero in salita, con l’attenzione degli Usa rivolta all’Iran: tanto che lo stesso Zelensky ha detto che bisognerà prima vedere cosa succede in Medio Oriente. A preoccupare Kiev è anche la telefonata tra Donald Trump e Putin, con l’intenzione del presidente Usa di rimuovere le sanzioni legate al petrolio russo su alcuni Paesi con la chiusura dello Stretto di Hormuz.
D’altronde che la guerra in Iran sia un favore alla Russia è ormai un punto fermo, secondo gli analisti. Anche perché Mosca può approfittare non solo della rimozione delle sanzioni ma anche degli aumenti delle quotazioni del petrolio, che permettono anche al Cremlino di vendere a prezzi più alti e quindi incassare più risorse da impiegare in guerra. In più, gli Usa potrebbero volere un accordo rapido mentre continua la guerra in Iran, anche a scapito delle garanzie per Kiev.

LA NOTIZIA: I mutui continuano a crescere: l’Italia ignora i tagli dei tassi della Bce

Neanche il tempo di ipotizzare un rialzo dei tassi a causa della crisi in Iran, che i mutui già risalgono. Anzi, a dire il vero il Taeg (Tasso annuale effettivo globale) sui nuovi prestiti alle famiglie per l’acquisto di abitazioni è già risalito ben prima che scoppiasse la guerra: a gennaio infatti si è attestato al 3,87%, in ulteriore crescita rispetto al 3,81% di dicembre. Una crescita, però, che non trova una spiegazione nella politica monetaria della Bce dell’ultimo anno, che ha di fatto chiusa la stretta monetaria.
Tassi fermi, ma i mutui in Italia crescono
La quota di questi prestiti con periodo di determinazione iniziale del tasso fino a un anno è stata del 20,4% (era al 18,5% a dicembre), come sottolinea la Banca d’Italia. Il Taeg sulle nuove erogazioni di credito al consumo è stato del 10,19% (contro il 9,97% del mese precedente), mentre i tassi di interesse sui nuovi prestiti alle società non finanziarie sono stati al 3,53% (erano al 3,59%). Per gli importi fino a un milione di euro sono stati pari al 4,07%, per importi superiori a questa soglia sono stati al 3,24%.
L’aumento dei tassi sui mutui per l’Unione nazionale consumatori rappresenta “una pessima notizia”, considerando che si tratta del Taeg “più alto dall’agosto del 2024, ossia da un anno e mezzo”. Massimiliano Dona, presidente dell’Unc, parla di un “dato molto preoccupante, specie se si considera che a breve potrebbe scattare una nuova stretta monetaria della Bce per contrastare l’inflazione derivante dalla guerra in Iran”.

Mortgages continue to rise: Italy ignores the ECB’s rate cuts.

Not even time to hypothesize a rate hike due to the crisis in Iran, when mortgages are already rising. In fact, to be honest, the Taeg (Weighted Average Global Interest Rate) on new loans to families for the purchase of homes has already risen well before the war broke out: in January it stood at 3.87%, further increasing from December’s 3.81%. However, this growth does not find an explanation in the ECB’s monetary policy of the last year, which effectively closed the monetary tightening.

Rates remain fixed, but Italian mortgages are growing.
The share of these loans with an initial rate term of up to one year was 20.4% (it was 18.5% in December), as highlighted by the Bank of Italy. The Taeg on new consumer credit disbursements was 10.19% (compared to the 9.97% of the previous month), while interest rates on new loans to non-financial companies were 3.53% (they were 3.59%). For amounts up to one million euros, they were 4.07%, for amounts above this threshold they were 3.24%.
The increase in rates on mortgages for the National Consumers Union represents “bad news,” considering that it is the Taeg “highest since August 2024, i.e. a year and a half ago.” Massimiliano Dona, president of the Unc, speaks of a “very worrying figure, especially if you consider that a new monetary tightening by the ECB could soon be triggered to counter inflation stemming from the war in Iran.”
