AGI - "Per il primo soccorso è fondamentale la tempistica". Così il vicepresidente del Consiglio e ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti Matteo Salvini intervenendo in Campidoglio all'evento "Proteggere chi viaggia", sottolineando l'importanza dei primi minuti nei soccorsi e richiamando la necessità di una maggiore consapevolezza soprattutto tra i più giovani.
Il ministro ha ricordato gli interventi sul Codice della strada, evidenziando che "le strade di Roma e di Milano di oggi non sono quelle degli anni '90" e che le nuove norme hanno già prodotto risultati concreti in termini di riduzione di morti e feriti.
Responsabilità e prevenzione alla guida
"Non basta dare regole, serve responsabilità - ha aggiunto Salvini - L'uso del telefonino alla guida è la prima causa di incidente, la prevenzione è decisiva per ridurre la necessità di interventi di emergenza".
Inoltre "Avere personale formato è assolutamente fondamentale, ogni giorno si spostano circa 35 milioni di italiani".
Droni per i primi soccorsi
Il ministro ha poi annunciato sperimentazioni innovative, come l'utilizzo di droni per guidare i primi soccorsi nelle fasi immediatamente successive agli incidenti.
