Cant resist to show off the #pizza dough for this weeks #pizzafriday.
After posting my breakfast-bread-buns made of the left over #dough. The pizza-part is sitting in the fridge till tomorrow evening.
The bread-buns are awayting their fate well hidden underneath a towel in the oven for the next 6 hours.
Todays dough is made of 1kg flour, 2.5g yeast, 635g water, 20g salt
Its a new flour and probably i should have taken some more water. Tomorrows fire will show the outcome
