I made a batch of no-knead bread dough, the kind I can keep in my fridge and pull off roll size pieces to bake fresh every day. I'm going to make a roll later on today with some sliced lamb I got on sale on the supermarket.

I love this bread recipe because I love fresh bread and the dough lasts about a week, getting more and more like sourdough every day. This time around, I'm going to try to bake it in that Tovala oven rather than heating up my full-size oven. Wish me luck. #FreshBread

Bread from dough with T65 flour, TH=70 %, 2g/kg flour of fresh yeast, salt 8g/kg, proofed 6h at 14°C, baked in covered iron dish.
Smell is very nice, funny shape, crusty and crumb is well aerated.
