JonBanana bread with pecans fresh outta the bread machine!
It called for a cup of brown sugar, but I only had a 1/2 cup, so I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 jaggery and it's soooo caramely!
.vad//hakaraπ§It came out very tasty and quite tightly grained. Honestly, better than I expected it to given how old and inconsistent this bread machine is.

Piggleston PecanpantsEven though I bought my bread maker primarily to make dough, I'm going to make a loaf just to familiarize myself with how this particular machine works. Since I love cinnamon raisin toast, I'll make a rum raisin loaf from The Cook's Encyclopedia of Bread Machine Baking. They spice it up with ginger instead of cinnamon and I'll stick with that because I love ginger also. #baking #bread #BreadMachine
