2 cups Spaghetti squash, cooked as us recommended
2.2 oz (about half a "tube") #Chorizo, cooked as us recommended
Sprinkle of #Tajin spice
Spread out the squash after cooking to cover the plate, gently sprinkle the Tajin to your liking, sprinkle the Chorizo, then place the avocado.

The squash and Chorizo complement each other perfectly, as #squash is famously bland, and Chorizo is famously concentrated #spice! The tajin adds a bit of sharp sour tang, and the avocado helps smooth all the flavors together.
