I think people who only know me as an autistic academic must view the autism as reason why they can complain to me about food taste and textures.
Which referencing my earlier post about doing a few years of culinary school really brings out the hilarity in how wrong they are to assume.
I’m not picky. I’m from the Deep South and I’ve traveled the world. And I went to three years of culinary arts classes. And it just made me into someone with fancy tastes but a redneck accent.
