1½ oz Angostura bitters

I love a cocktail with bitters as the base! This is probably the most well-known and might be the original. The heavy slug of orgeat offsets the insane amount of bitters, bringing a very flavorful and bold yet balanced sip.

When IG coachvinococktails posted this, I knew I had to shake it up pronto. I made some cold brew with my Nomad subscription last week, and had a little left when the weekend came. Why not turn it into a brunch cocktail? I had to sub Meletti with Nonino since I had it on hand, bringing both citrus and somehow an amaretto note to the mix. Instead of dusting with salt, I added saline into the drink. An easy one to gulp down!
