We had some guests last weekend and one of them made a pumpkin dessert that started out as a pumpkin oleo saccharum. I saved a chunk of the leftovers, threw a bunch of spices in, and worked it into a syrup. Ok, enough with the Negronis already!! How about a frosty, boozy fruit smoothie? If you aren't feeling so summery anymore then go wild with some bitters, or drop a spicy syrup in there like cinnamon or allspice. It will go great with the peach and coconut.
