Found from IG fredericyarm and he credits Brandon Bramhall at Nashville's Attaboy circa 2017. Lovely sip with all the acidity and sugar coming from alcoholic ingredients, but without too much base it's not overly boozy.

This one is a dark, moody stir for a quiet evening. First impression is full of coffee with the cooked agave punching through, but slowly gives way to the amari as you sip: orange peel, cola, with just a touch of smokiness from the mezcal.

This cocktail was created by Paul Hammond and Priscilla Leong, sourced from The Madrusan Cocktail Companion book. I have been working on my citrus peel garnishes, can you tell?

Still loving the boozy stirred ones as fall continues falling. Saw this one early in the season from IG mixocutor and really dug it: notes of honey, cola, apple, and vanilla with just a touch of spice.

BEERICANO

1¼ oz sweet vermouth
1¼ oz Campari
4-5 oz pilsner beer

Garnish: lemon peel (not pictured)
Method: Build in a frozen glass over a large rock, adding beer last. Foam some beer by whipping it and float on top. Keep everything ice cold before building!

I saw this on IG thirstywhale_ channel who called it Beericano, but it was originally called an AMERICANO PERFECTO by Damon Boelte while working at Prime Meats in Brooklyn, NY. I think Justin's addition of foamed beer was a nice touch.

Instead of a pilsner I used Les Intenables Crispy Chill, a hoppy lager. It's light as a feather, but has a bit more bitter to it than a run of the mill pils and is certainly less sweet. Les Intenables is one of my favorite local-ish breweries. If you live near the Rhein you should definitely check them out.

¾ oz Amaro Meletti (sub Nonino)

When IG coachvinococktails posted this, I knew I had to shake it up pronto. I made some cold brew with my Nomad subscription last week, and had a little left when the weekend came. Why not turn it into a brunch cocktail? I had to sub Meletti with Nonino since I had it on hand, bringing both citrus and somehow an amaretto note to the mix. Instead of dusting with salt, I added saline into the drink. An easy one to gulp down!

1 oz peated scotch
2 oz Amaro Montenegro
2 drops saline solution

Stir // Strain // Garnish: orange peel

I saw this one from IG t1m_kirkland yesterday and had to stir it up immediately! The combo sounds weird, but they mesh together so well. Amaro heavy, it's bursting with spices enhanced by the scotch, with banana notching up the sweetness and bringing honey-like notes. The finish leans more towards the scotch without being overwhelming. Great slow sipper!
