500 families who have returned from migration in Shabarghan, the capital of Jawzjan province, have received humanitarian aid from the Afghan Red Crescent Society.

This assistance, provided by Uzbekistan, included 50 kilograms of flour, 10 liters of oil, 18 kilograms of rice, 9 kilograms of sugar, 4.5 kilograms of macaroni, 38 packets of noodle soup, 5 kilograms of biscuits, hygiene products, and other essential supplies for each family.

This aid will temporarily meet the basic food and non-food needs of the families mentioned.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society is attentive to the timely support of returning citizens and provides the necessary humanitarian assistance to improve their living conditions.

محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی  هلال احمر افغانی، با ریچارد لیندسی، نماینده خاص بریتانیا برای #افغانستان، دیدار کرد.

در این دیدار، در مورد #حمایت از خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی و مهاجرین عودت‌کننده از کشورهای همسایه و نیز گسترش #کمک‌های_بشردوستانه، بحث‌های همه‌جانبه‌ای صورت گرفت.

رئیس عمومی ضمن قدر دانی از کمک‌های بشردوستانه انجام‌شده از سوی بریتانیا، در مورد فعالیت‌های جاری بشری هلال احمر افغانی معلومات ارائه نمود.

وی گفت که هلال‌احمر افغانی در حال حاضر در هفت زون #کشور، مراکز فعال نگهداری و تداوی #بیماران_روانی دارد که در آن‌ها حدود ۱۵۰۰ بیمار زن و مرد تحت تداوی قرار دارند و نزدیک به ۱۵۰۰ تن دیگر نیز در منازل‌شان خدمات درمانی دریافت می‌کنند.

آقای دلاور افزود که در آینده نزدیک، یک #شفاخانه مخصوص برای تداوی کودکان مبتلا به بیماری #سوراخ_قلب نیز فعال خواهد شد که از طریق آن سالانه تا ۲۰۰۰ کودک تحت عملیات جراحی توسط داکتران متخصص قرار خواهند گرفت.

وی همچنان بر ضرورت گسترش کمک‌ها برای تأمین نیازهای اولیه #مهاجرین_عودت‌کننده و خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی تأکید ورزید.

از سوی دیگر، نماینده خاص بریتانیا، از خدمات بشردوستانه هلال احمر افغانی قدردانی نموده و اطمینان داد که کشورش کمک‌های خود را با این نهاد ادامه می‌دهد. وی افزود که در آینده نزدیک، کمک‌های بشردوستانه کشورش از طریق #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی به هلال‌احمر افغانی سپرده خواهد شد.

#ARCS General President Meets #UK Special Envoy for Afghanistan to Expand Humanitarian Cooperation

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, met with Richard Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for #Afghanistan.

During the meeting, both sides held comprehensive discussions on #supporting internally displaced families and returnees from neighboring countries, as well as on expanding #humanitarian_assistance.

Mr. Delawar expressed his appreciation for the United Kingdom’s humanitarian support and provided an overview of ARCS’s ongoing humanitarian activities.

He noted that ARCS currently operates #mental_health care and treatment centers across seven zones of the country, where #approximately 1,500 male and female patients are receiving care, while a further 1,500 patients are being treated in their homes.

Mr. Delawar added that, in the near future, a specialized #hospital for children with congenital heart defects will become operational. Through this facility, up to 2,000 children are expected to undergo life-saving surgeries each year, performed by specialized medical staff.

He emphasized the need to further #expand support for meeting the basic needs of returning refugees and internally displaced families.

Mr. Lindsay commended the humanitarian services of ARCS and reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s continued support for the organization. He also noted that, in the near future, humanitarian assistance would be delivered to ARCS through the #IFRC.

#کاپیسا؛ به ۸ خانوادهٔ آسیب‌دیده از #بارندگی‌ها کمک‌ عاجل توزیع شد

از سوی #هلال_احمر_افغانی، به ۸ خانوادهٔ #آسیب‌دیده از بارندگی‌های اخیر در مناطق مختلف ولسوالی تگاب ولایت کاپیسا کمک‌ عاجل بشردوستانه توزیع شد.

در این #کمک‌، ۷ تخته کمپل، ۱ تخته ترپال، یک سیت لوازم آشپزخانه و ۲ بوشکهٔ آب، برای خانواده شامل بود.

این کمک‌ به‌منظور تأمین #نیازهای_اولیهٔ خانواده‌های آسیب‌دیده و کاهش مشکلات آنان فراهم شده بود.

هلال احمر افغانی تلاش می‌کند تا در هنگام وقوع #حوادث_طبیعی، نیازهای اولیه خانواده‌های آسیب‌دیده را در اسرع وقت تأمین نماید.

#Emergency_Aid Delivered to 8 Families Affected by Rainfall in #Kapisa

The #ARCS delivered emergency #humanitarian_assistance to 8 families affected by recent rainfall in various areas of Tagab district, Kapisa province.

The #assistance included 7 blankets, 1 tarpaulin, one kitchen set, and 2 water jerrycans for each family.

The aid was provided to meet the #basic_needs of the affected families and help reduce their difficulties.

The ARCS strives to timely address the basic needs of families affected by #natural_disasters.
