The Afghan Se Reh Miana Society announces the opening of a newly established shelter in the southeastern zone of Paktia province, aimed at protecting and caring for orphaned families.

At the inauguration ceremony, Sheikh al-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, general director of the Se Reh Miana Society, called the opening of the shelter an important step in supporting vulnerable families, adding that caring for needy families is not only an administrative obligation, but a humanitarian and Islamic responsibility.

The Se Reh Miana Society stated that the Deputy Governor of Paktia praised the society's activities and considered the opening of the shelter valuable for the protection and support of orphaned families.

It is worth noting that Se Reh Miana has active shelters in Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, Balkh, Nangarhar, Parwan, and Kunduz provinces.

The Counter-Narcotics Criminal Investigation Ministry has announced that 44 individuals have been arrested in connection with drug trafficking and sales during separate operations by the Counter-Narcotics Police in Farah, Parwan, Nimruz, Helmand, Jozjan, Paktia, Balkh, Ghazni, Laghman, Kunduz, Kapisa, and Khost provinces.

Sources say that 16 kilograms of opium, six kilograms of cannabis, more than 9 kilograms of crystal meth, 2,171 drug tablets, and other narcotics were also seized from the arrested individuals.

It should be noted that thanks to the efforts of the Counter-Narcotics forces, drug cultivation and sales in the country have nearly reached zero.

ورکشاپ شش‌روزه آموزشی در زمینه #مدیریت_حوادث و #انتقال_پول_نقد، که از سوی هلال‌احمر افغانی در نمایندگی‌های ولایت‌های پروان و سمنگان برای ۵۰ تن از کارمندان و #رضاکاران برگزار شده بود، با موفقیت و با توزیع تصدیق‌نامه‌ها به پایان رسید.

در این ورکشاپ، به #اشتراک‌کنندگان معلومات جامع و مفصل دربارهٔ پاسخ عاجل و مؤثر در شرایط اضطراری، پلان‌سازی عملی، نجات افراد آسیب‌دیده، انتقال و توزیع مصؤن و شفاف کمک‌های نقدی ارائه شد.

The #ARCS concluded two six-day training workshops on #disaster_management and #cash_transfers at its provincial branches in Parwan and Samangan Provinces for 50 staff members and volunteers. The workshops ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants.

During the workshops, participants received comprehensive #theoretical and #practical training on rapid and effective emergency response, practical planning, rescuing affected individuals, and the secure and transparent transfer and distribution of cash assistance. The workshops aimed to equip #participants to provide timely and effective services to people affected by disasters and emergencies.

Praise be to God. The Islamic Emirate is a sacred system, and its Mujahideen have been trained for the good and prosperity of Islam and Muslims. Today, our dear companions have transformed a blood feud between two families in the Musahi district of Kabul province into friendship.

Mawlawi Bashir Khatab is a shining symbol of piety, contemplation, and sincerity; a respectable personality who has dedicated his entire life, his family, and every moment to the elevation, protection, and triumph of the religion of Allah.

He stepped onto the path of righteous struggle against the American occupation from a very young age, a struggle that later trained hundreds of Mujahideen and instilled in them the spirit of religious steadfastness and Jihad.

He is still tirelessly and sincerely working for the protection and survival of the Islamic system, and does not tire in the path of goodness and reform for the Ummah.

Especially during the harsh conditions of the years 2004, when the Mujahideen were very weak, with limited resources and facing severe sieges, displacement, and poverty, Mawlawi Bashir Khatab, through strong faith, planning, and perseverance, inflicted significant and unforgettable losses on the American invaders.

Specifically, in the provinces of Paktia, Paktika, and subsequently Kabul, Parwan, Nangarhar, Logar, and Maidan Wardak,

He remained the successor of the late Mujahid Mawlawi Kalam معاون throughout the Jihadi process, and after his martyrdom, he assumed responsibility for the same front, which he advanced with full bravery, sincerity, and wisdom.

As part of his valuable services, he recently resolved a bloody dispute between two families in the Musahi district of Kabul province, where five people had been killed on both sides, with wisdom, contemplation, and Sharia insight, and closed the door to discord.

Clearing operations are underway for the new connecting road between the Kabul-Jalalabad and Kabul-Parwan roads!

The Kabul Municipality is clearing obstacles for the new connecting road, from the Kabul-Jalalabad road to the industrial parks and continuing to the Kabul-Parwan road, within districts nine, eighteen, and nineteen. This work paves the way for the construction of the road's foundation.

The road, which will be 3,544 meters long and 60 meters wide, is planned to be fundamentally constructed within 15 months, including a 631-meter canal, culverts, sidewalks, planters, road markings, and other features of a standard road.

With the construction of this connecting road, residents of districts nine, eighteen, and nineteen will experience significant ease of access, and in addition to distributing the traffic flow between the eastern and northeastern roads of Kabul, it will also create a foundation for economic growth in the region.

پاک‌سازی موانع ساختمان سرک اتصالی میان سرک کابل–جلال‌آباد و سرک کابل–پروان جریان دارد!

پاک‌سازی و برداشتن موانع ساختمان سرک جدید اتصالی از سرک کابل–جلال‌آباد تا پارک‌های صنعتی و الی سرک کابل–پروان، در مربوطات نواحی نهم، هجدهم و نزدهم، از سوی شاروالی کابل جریان داشته تا زمینه کارهای اساسی این سرک فراهم شود.

قرار است این سرک به‌طول ۳٬۵۴۴ متر و عرض ۶۰ متر شامل یک اعمار یک کانال آب‌گیر به‌طول ۶۳۱ متر، آبروها، پیاده‌روها، گلدان‌ها، خط اندازی سرک و سیستم تنویر می‌باشد در مدت کمتر از ۱۵ ماه آینده ساخته شود.

با تکمیل شدن این سرک، افزون بر ایجاد سهولت در رفت‌وآمد باشندگان نواحی نهم، هجدهم و نزدهم، نقش مهمی در تنظیم و تقسیم جریان ترافیک میان شرق و شمال‌شرق شهر کابل ایفا نموده و در رشد اقتصادی و اجتماعی ساحات متذکره تأثیر به‌سزایی خواهد داشت.

#New Kabul City!

This city is planned for a population of 3 million, providing opportunities for residents in housing, trade, agriculture, recreation, and industry.

New Kabul City is being built in 4 phases, one of which is an agricultural economic zone located in the Barik Ab area of Bagram.

The city is located north of present-day Kabul, within Kabul Province, encompassing the entire Sazawol district, as well as parts of Shokdar, Istalif, Qara Bagh, and Kelkan districts, and also the Barik Ab area of Bagram district in Parwan Province.

New Kabul City is designed on approximately 740 square kilometers (370,000 jeribs), making it roughly 1.5 times larger than present-day Kabul City.

The master plan for New Kabul City was signed and approved by leadership a few days ago.

New Kabul City is, in fact, one of Afghanistan’s largest development projects, of national and regional significance. This project will transform Afghanistan into a major trading hub and will create extensive activities in various sectors, particularly in infrastructure, industry, housing, and agriculture.
