د #افغاني_سرې_مياشتې عمومي رئيس شيخ ‌الحديث شهاب‌ الدين دلاور او د نوموړي مرستيال حافظ عزيز الرحمن په مرکزي دفتر کې د #افغانستان لپاره د #آی_سي_آر_سي له نوي مشر جوهانس بروور سره د بشري همکاريو او د اړيکو د پراختيا په اړه خبرې وکړې.

شيخ ‌الحديث شهاب‌الدين دلاور د آی سي آر سي له دوامدارو #همکاريو مننه وکړه او ويې ويل، افغاني سره مياشت هيله لري، چې د دواړو ادارو ترمنځ به بشري همکارۍ لا پراخې او اغېزمنې شي.

نوموړي همدارنګه د افغانستان لپاره د آی سي آر سي له پخوانۍ مشرې کترينا ريټز څخه د هغې د همکاريو او #بشري_خدمتونو له امله مننه وکړه او د نوي مشر جوهانس بروور راتګ يې د دواړو ادارو ترمنځ د همکاريو د لا پياوړتيا لپاره مهم وباله.

ورپسې د آی سي آر سي نوي مشر جوهانس بروور د افغاني سرې مياشتې د بشري فعاليتونو ستاينه وکړه او د ګډو بشري خدمتونو پر دوام يې ټينګار وکړ.

هغه زياته کړه، چې آی سي آر سي به هم له افغاني سرې مياشتې سره د بشري خدمتونو او مرستو په برخه کې خپلو همکاريو ته دوام ورکړي.

#Kabul: ARCS General President Discusses Expansion of #Humanitarian_Cooperation with New Head of ICRC in Afghanistan

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the #ARCS, together with Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, held a meeting at the central headquarters with Johannes Brouwer, the new Head of the #ICRC Delegation in Afghanistan, to discuss humanitarian cooperation and the expansion of relations between the two organizations.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar thanked the ICRC for its continued cooperation and stated that the ARCS hopes humanitarian cooperation between the two organizations will further #expand and become more effective.

He also thanked the former Head of the ICRC Delegation in #Afghanistan, Katharina Ritz, for her cooperation and humanitarian services, and described the arrival of the new head, Johannes Brouwer, as important for further #strengthening cooperation between the two organizations.

The new Head of the ICRC Delegation in Afghanistan, Johannes Brouwer, praised the humanitarian activities of the ARCS and #emphasized the continuation of joint humanitarian services.

He added that the ICRC will continue its cooperation with the ARCS in the field of humanitarian services and assistance.

رئیس عمومی #هلال‌احمر_افغانی با نماینده خاص #بریتانیا در مورد گسترش همکاری‌های بشردوستانه دیدار کرد

محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی  هلال احمر افغانی، با ریچارد لیندسی، نماینده خاص بریتانیا برای #افغانستان، دیدار کرد.

در این دیدار، در مورد #حمایت از خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی و مهاجرین عودت‌کننده از کشورهای همسایه و نیز گسترش #کمک‌های_بشردوستانه، بحث‌های همه‌جانبه‌ای صورت گرفت.

رئیس عمومی ضمن قدر دانی از کمک‌های بشردوستانه انجام‌شده از سوی بریتانیا، در مورد فعالیت‌های جاری بشری هلال احمر افغانی معلومات ارائه نمود.

وی گفت که هلال‌احمر افغانی در حال حاضر در هفت زون #کشور، مراکز فعال نگهداری و تداوی #بیماران_روانی دارد که در آن‌ها حدود ۱۵۰۰ بیمار زن و مرد تحت تداوی قرار دارند و نزدیک به ۱۵۰۰ تن دیگر نیز در منازل‌شان خدمات درمانی دریافت می‌کنند.

آقای دلاور افزود که در آینده نزدیک، یک #شفاخانه مخصوص برای تداوی کودکان مبتلا به بیماری #سوراخ_قلب نیز فعال خواهد شد که از طریق آن سالانه تا ۲۰۰۰ کودک تحت عملیات جراحی توسط داکتران متخصص قرار خواهند گرفت.

وی همچنان بر ضرورت گسترش کمک‌ها برای تأمین نیازهای اولیه #مهاجرین_عودت‌کننده و خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی تأکید ورزید.

از سوی دیگر، نماینده خاص بریتانیا، از خدمات بشردوستانه هلال احمر افغانی قدردانی نموده و اطمینان داد که کشورش کمک‌های خود را با این نهاد ادامه می‌دهد. وی افزود که در آینده نزدیک، کمک‌های بشردوستانه کشورش از طریق #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی به هلال‌احمر افغانی سپرده خواهد شد.

#ARCS General President Meets #UK Special Envoy for Afghanistan to Expand Humanitarian Cooperation

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, met with Richard Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for #Afghanistan.

During the meeting, both sides held comprehensive discussions on #supporting internally displaced families and returnees from neighboring countries, as well as on expanding #humanitarian_assistance.

Mr. Delawar expressed his appreciation for the United Kingdom’s humanitarian support and provided an overview of ARCS’s ongoing humanitarian activities.

He noted that ARCS currently operates #mental_health care and treatment centers across seven zones of the country, where #approximately 1,500 male and female patients are receiving care, while a further 1,500 patients are being treated in their homes.

Mr. Delawar added that, in the near future, a specialized #hospital for children with congenital heart defects will become operational. Through this facility, up to 2,000 children are expected to undergo life-saving surgeries each year, performed by specialized medical staff.

He emphasized the need to further #expand support for meeting the basic needs of returning refugees and internally displaced families.

Mr. Lindsay commended the humanitarian services of ARCS and reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s continued support for the organization. He also noted that, in the near future, humanitarian assistance would be delivered to ARCS through the #IFRC.
