During a visit to the district of Rohani Baba, Governor Haji Molla Mehrullah Hammad and his accompanying delegation listened to the concerns of the people and assured them of solutions.

As part of his ongoing tours of districts based on the guidance of the esteemed Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him), Governor Haji Molla Mehrullah Hammad, along with a delegation, traveled to the district of Rohani Baba. There, he held an extensive meeting with local officials, scholars, and tribal elders to hear and assess the people’s problems, find solutions, and deliver the directives of the leadership (may God protect him).
The Chairman of the Ulema Council of Paktia Province spoke about the implementation of Islamic law and obedience to the leadership’s directives (may God protect him). He stated that the Islamic system has taken the necessary measures to resolve the problems of the people and fulfill their legal responsibilities. He emphasized that every member of society, especially scholars, tribal leaders, and officials, should be accountable for their responsibilities and work together to reform the people, prevent bad customs, reduce wasteful spending, and strengthen Islamic values.
He also delivered a reformatory speech on the protection of women's Islamic rights, the promotion of social awareness, and the prevention of suicide and other wrong traditions, urging the people to better implement the commands and instructions of Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him) in their areas.
Subsequently, the Chairman of the Monitoring and Oversight Department gave a speech on obedience, piety, and the preservation of the Islamic system. He stated that the sacrifices of past years were made to implement Islamic Sharia. He added that obedience to the decrees of the Islamic Emirate and the directives of Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him) is a key principle for strengthening the system and reforming society.
The Chairman of the Monitoring and Oversight Department also explained the 662nd decree of Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him) to the tribal elders and scholars and stressed its importance.
At the meeting, the scholars and tribal elders of the Rohani Baba district expressed their happiness that the leaders are visiting the areas to resolve problems. They shared their requests and pledged continued cooperation with the system.
During the meeting, officials from various departments shared their achievements and provided information about their future working plans, assuring the people of solutions to their problems.
Concluding the meeting, Governor Haji Molla Mehrullah Hammad of Paktia Province said that the people of Rohani Baba made great sacrifices in the past holy jihad. He assured them that they will continue to cooperate with the authorities in stabilizing the Islamic system and rebuilding the country.
The Governor stated that, based on the guidance of the leadership (may God protect him), they have conducted visits to the districts to closely hear the people’s requests, deliver the directives of the leadership (may God protect him), and use all available resources to address their problems, create convenience for the people, and refer those of higher levels to the ministries and leadership.
It is worth noting that during this visit, the administrative affairs of the Rohani Baba district and its related commander's office were also assessed, and necessary instructions were given to the officials to improve the quality of services.

Construction of a small check dam has begun in the Ruhani Baba district of Paktia province at a cost of over 4 million Afghanis.

The Directorate of the Sub-Regional Office of Paktia has commenced construction of the Shahi Kot Surki small dam project in the Ruhani Baba district of Paktia province, with a value of 4 million, 24 thousand, 500 and 93 Afghanis.
The opening ceremony of the project was attended by the Deputy Governor of Paktia province, الحاج مولوي محمد انور دين پرور (Hajji Molvi Mohammad Anwar Din Parwar), the Head of the Paktia Sub-Regional Office, Mullah Mohammad Ismail Akhundzada, the Advisor to the Directorate of the Paktia Sub-Regional Office, Engineer Fazl Rahim Rahimi, the District Governor of Ruhani Baba, Molvi Noor Allah Ans, local officials, clerics, tribal elders, and residents of the area.
During the ceremony, Deputy Governor Molvi Mohammad Anwar Din Parwar congratulated the residents of the area on the commencement of the project and emphasized that addressing the needs of the people is the responsibility of the government. He assured that the Islamic system has a responsibility to protect and serve the people and that officials are paying special attention to their duties. He urged the people to continue their cooperation with their system as always.
The project is being implemented to control floods, strengthen groundwater, and improve agricultural land fertility.
The small dam is 58 meters long and 6.5 meters high, will store approximately 7,000 cubic meters of water, and will irrigate approximately 77 hectares of land.
The project has created employment opportunities for dozens of people in the area, with costs covered from the water and energy ministry’s development budget, and is being overseen by the Directorate of the Paktia Sub-Regional Office.

در جریان توزیع #کمکها، مولوی سید منهاجالدین هاشمی، رئیس زون جنوبشرق هلالاحمر افغانی گفت: هلالاحمر افغانی به حمایت از خانوادههای بیجاشده ناشی از جنگ، توجه خاص داشته و تاکنون در ولایتهای پکتیکا، #پکتیا و #خوست، برای نزدیک به ۱۰۷۰۰ خانواده، حدود ۱۵۰ میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع کرده است. همچنان برای ۱۰۰ خانواده دیگر، خیمه و لوازم ضروری منزل نیز توزیع شده است.
همچنان مولوی عارفالله حامد، رئیس نمایندگی ولایتی هلالاحمر افغانی در ولایت پکتیکا گفت که امروز برای ۴۰۰ خانواده بیجاشده در ولسوالیهای سروبی و ارگون، با حمایت مالی #صلیبسرخ_دنمارک، مبلغ ۴.۲ میلیون افغانی توزیع میشود که هر خانواده ۱۰۵۰۰ افغانی دریافت خواهد کرد.

During the #distribution, Mawlawi Sayed Minhajuddin Hashimi, Head of the ARCS Southeast Zone, stated that the ARCS pays special attention to supporting families displaced by conflict. He added that the organization has so far provided nearly 150 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 10,700 families across the provinces of Paktika, Paktia, and Khost, while tents and household items have also been distributed to another 100 families.
Mawlawi Arifullah Hamid, Director of the ARCS Paktika Provincial Branch, said that 4.2 million AFN is being distributed today to 400 displaced families in the Sarobi and Argon districts with the support of the #Danish_Red_Cross. Each family will receive 10,500 AFN.
He further noted that the ARCS has already provided 40.8 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 2,900 internally displaced families in Paktika. He also added that, in the near future, 500 families in the Barmal and Terwa districts will receive cash assistance, while tents will also be distributed to 100 families.
The ARCS considers #supporting families affected and displaced by disasters and crises as part of its #humanitarian_responsibility and strives to meet their basic needs through emergency assistance.

Based on the guidance of the esteemed Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him), Paktia Province Governor Mullah Mehrullah Hamad, along with a group of officials from various military and civilian agencies, traveled to Zarmat District to hear the people's problems, assess them, find solutions, and convey the orders of the esteemed Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him).
During this trip, an extensive public gathering was held with local officials, religious scholars, and tribal elders of Zarmat District.
At the gathering, the chairman of the Paktia Provincial Council of Scholars, Sheikh Saleh Mohammad Faqir, and the head of the Follow-up and Oversight of Orders and Directives, Mullah Husamuddin Rohani, delivered reformatory speeches regarding the values of the Islamic system, the proper implementation of the leadership’s (may God protect him) directives, and the prevention of harmful customs.
They praised the sacrifices of the people of Zarmat District during the Jihad and added that thanks to God's special victory and the sacrifices of the Mujahideen and the general public, the Islamic system was established, the occupation ended, and independence was achieved. Now, it is our responsibility that officials serve the people, and the people stand alongside the officials in supporting the stability of the Islamic system, the proper implementation of the leadership's (may God protect him) directives, and the reconstruction of the country.
The leadership’s (may God protect him) Decree No. 662 was also shared with those present at the gathering, and discussions were held with the Governor regarding the objectives of the trip to the districts.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Religious Affairs of Paktia Province shared the recommendations of the esteemed Amir al-Mu'minin (may God protect him) with religious scholars, Imams, and Khateebs, and the Deputy of the Command of Right and Prevention of Wrong delivered a scholarly speech regarding the prevention of wrongdoing and the implementation of the leadership's (may God protect him) directives.
Tribal scholars and elders at the gathering expressed their happiness about the Governor’s visit and the accompanying delegation and shared their local problems verbally and in writing.
It is worth noting that the members of the delegation and officials of various agencies discussed their actions and future work plans and assured the people of balanced progress while addressing their problems.
During this trip, an assessment of the administrative affairs of Zarmat District and the affiliated Security Command was also conducted, and necessary recommendations were made to the staff to strengthen operations.

د ياد سفر په ترڅ کې د زرمت ولسوالۍ لۀ ځايي مسؤلينو، علماء کرامو او قومي مخور سره پراخه ولسي غونډه تر سره شوه.

دوی پخپلو خبرو کې د زرمت ولسوالۍ د ولسونو د جهادي قربانيو ستاينه وکړه او زياته يې کړه، د الله ج په ځانګړي نصرت د مجاهدينو او عام ولس په قرباني اسلامي نظام قایم شو، اشغال ختم شو، استقلال مو ترلاسه کړ اوس دا مسؤليتونه را له غاړي دي، چې مسولين ولس ته خدمت وکړي او ولسونو د اسلامي نظامو د استحکام، مشرتابه حفظه الله د فرامينو په غوره تطبيق او د هيواد د ابادۍ په برخه کې د مسؤلينو تر څنګ ودريږي.
دغه راز د غونډې له برخوالو سره د مشرتابه حفظه الله ۶۶۲ ګڼه فرمان هم شريک شو او والي صاحب په مشري ولسواليو ته د سفر په اهدافو خبرې وشوې.
ورته مهال د پکتيا ولايت د حج اوقافو رياست مرستيال علماء کرامو، د مساجدو امامانو او خطبيانو ته د عالیقدر امیرالمؤمنین حفظه الله سپارښتنې شرېکې کړې او د امربالمعروف رياست مرستيال د رواجي منکراتو د مخنيوي او د مشرتابه حفظه الله د فرامينو په تړاو عالمانه وينا وکړه.
په غونډه کې قومي علماء کرامو او مخورو زرمت ولسوالۍ ته د والي صاحب او ور سره مل پلاوي له سفر څخه خوښي او خپلې سيمه ايزي ستونزې يې په شفاهي او ليکل ډول ور سره شريکې کړې.
ياده دې وي چې د پلاوي برخوالو او د بيلابيلو ادارو مسؤلينو د خپلو کړنو او راتلونکو کاري پلانونو په تړاو خبرې وکړې او ولسونو ته يې متوازنې پرمختيا ته په کتو د ستونزو د حل ډاډ ورکړ.
د ياد سفر په ترڅ کې د زرمت ولسوالۍ او اړوند امنيه قوماندانۍ د اداري چارو ارزونه هم وشوه، چې کارکوونکو ته د چارو د لا پياوړتيا لپاره لازمې سپارښتنې وشوې.
