The Ministry of Transport has announced that the roads in the Cناب region of Panjshir province—specifically the routes through Dashtak, Zaman Khel, Dalan Sang, and Pol Nilab—the Namak Ab district in Takhar province, and the Kharm-Sarbagh route in Samangan province, which were closed to traffic due to heavy rainfall and flooding, have reopened.
The Ministry also stated that the road through the Mawla Ali Pol area in the Roi Doab district remains closed to traffic, and efforts to repair and reopen it are ongoing.
The Ministry of Transport has also announced that an alternative bypass road has been constructed to the Roi Doab district to resolve the travel difficulties faced by citizens.

The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation’s Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rainfall and thunderstorms in 28 provinces of the country for today and tomorrow.
The forecast includes the provinces of Herat, Farah, Nimruz, Badghis, Ghor, Helmand, Kandahar, Zabul, Registan, Daikundi, Faryab, Jozjan, Balkh, Samangan, Sar-e-Pul, Bamyan, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Paktika, Khost, Paktia, Logar, Parwan, Baghlan, Nangarhar, Nuristan, Takhar, and Badakhshan, as well as along the Salang Pass.
According to the information, the rainfall level will be between 10 and 35 millimeters and the thunderstorm level will be between 10 and 30 centimeters.
There is also a forecast for the occurrence of strong, localized winds in the northern, western, southern, and central provinces.
