Lower back and neck pain is very mild now and appears to be going away - keeping weights light until both go away completely.

Ad hoc lunchtime workout (no squats):

- barbell bench press (3x10@135lbs)
- barbell seated shoulder press (3x8@65lbs)
- dumbbell single arm rows (3x12@50lbs)

Strained lower back, otherwise happy to go 3 for 3 this week so far.
