Today's run
Today's 14.1 km walk was a bit on the obnoxious side. 18.9°C with 18.9°C dew point and 100% humidity. Wore the poncho just to make sure it didn't rain. Success, but it might as well have. 10:09 per and a lightly light 64% (96 bpm). I was struggling, despite what it sounds like.
Ah, well. Tomorrow is another day.
This physique is the result of what used to be a strict daily workout routine. These days, life has been a bit busy and I haven't been able to maintain that daily schedule, so I’ve noticed my abdominal muscles starting to soften and recede slightly. It’s a good reminder that consistency is everything, and it’s time for me to get back on track! 💪
