Ran into another situation where my Garmin was not registering my proper heart rate while I was #swimming . Had to reboot it. I added 200 yards onto my 30 minutes because that’s how far I was when my Garmin wasn’t working properly. 😉

Running alone does not make me drop weight.
I'm at a BMI of 25. Swimming works better.
