11 minutes of yoga for runners.
29 minutes of yoga.
8 KM of #walking (-3°C, -6 windchill, 55% humidity, and7 KM/H wind).
Double yoga day.I'll feel that later too. Forgot to start the walking workout because I didn't clear the second yoga and the watch didn't pick up that I was walking.
Busy day out in the world, dropped bike off at the shop for tire swap, meeting, got some work done, then a hair cut, back home. Whew.
