Thursday #Workout:
234 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of lower body strength training.
6.1 KM of #Running (1°C, 71% humidity, and 19 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, and a nice 6km run doing the 400 metres run / 100 metres walk. I want to push more, but also want to take it easy. It was *trying* to snow.
May try a longer walk on Saturday to get the legs used to more distance.
