Thursday #Workout:
234 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of lower body strength training.
6.1 KM of #Running (1°C, 71% humidity, and 19 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, and a nice 6km run doing the 400 metres run / 100 metres walk. I want to push more, but also want to take it easy. It was *trying* to snow.

May try a longer walk on Saturday to get the legs used to more distance.

Today's #Workout

Mobility: 15 min GoWod + Hip Halo (10 banded side shuffles e/s, 10 banded front / back shuffles, 10 banded squats, 10 banded bridges)

Warm up: 8 min AMRAP
- 30" machine
- 5 up downs
- 5 strict presses (pvc -> barbell)
- 5 front squats (pvc -> barbell)
- 10 alternating back rack lunges (pvc -> barbell)
- 10 alternating V-ups

Strength: Back rack lunges, 3 rounds:12 backrack lunges e/s
- Round 1: 23 kg
- Round 2: hamstring gave up in the second lunge
- Round 3: 15 kg

Workout: "Mac & Cheese", for time, time cap 12 mins
- 25 burpees over the bar
- 75 thrusters (15 kg) -> shoulder said no, so I did front squats (20 kg)
- 25 burpees over the bar
Finished in 10:41

Today I didn't have to leave the ego at the door, more like at the next village. Body did not want to do stuff.

Friday #Workout:
370 seconds of plank.
22 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of total body strength training.
5.1 KM of #Running (light snow, -3°C, -10 windchill, 81% humidity, and 27 KM/H wind).

New record plank (I'll feel that tomorrow), yoga, tough strength, then a good run in the windy snow. Still doing 400 metres run, 100 metre walk. May try 800/200 next week or some variation of that if everything holds. Really pleased with today.

Early #wod again today

First some Back Rack Lunges. 3x 12 on each leg. Started with 35kg, upped to 40 and stayed there for the 3rd set. Shaky legs afterwards...

Then some lovely "Mac & Cheese" for #workout...

For time, time cap 12'
* 25 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar
* 75 Thrusters with empty bar (20kg)
* 25 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar

Finished in 10'26". Can't walk. Send help!
