MP2RAGE-based Inline Morphometric and Regional T1 Assessment in #Pediatric Patients: Initial Clinical Experience and Potential Benefits by Prof. Baptiste Morel, et al.

The authors implemented a strategy based on a single MP2RAGE acquisition that provides both anatomical information (the MPRAGE-like “uniform” contrast) for #morphometry and quantitative T1 maps.

Super excited to see this paper out in the Bulletin of the SSB Species Delimitation Special Issue.

This lock-down project from Thomas Inäbnit gives formal names to the cryptic #species from my dissertation work, and uses #morphometry to show that on the outside they are really quite cryptic! https://ssbbulletin.org/index.php/bssb/article/view/9165/7938

Why didn’t-I use Cell Profiler (https://cellprofiler.org) before?? The app works great for counting nuclei, colocalization etc. Really impressed. I used to do the same things in FIJI, but this is much faster (and still pretty easy) than whatever ImageJ plugins I was using there.
