Post came so now I have three supplements to combat high cortisol. I can only hope. I’d love to sleep properly again, though I need to sit around less too. I’ve only got six hours on the occasional day I’ve done enough exercise (fatigue is not great for it).

Ashwagandha was the first, and then I bought Saffron and Sceletium aka Kanna. I tried saffron a few years ago and felt awful, but now I see that contained more choline so idk what caused the problem. The tub of Kanna looks American which might be why I only found two websites selling it.

They each do a different thing and some expensive brands are selling them as a stack. The price of those things is so much, I find them elsewhere, but it’s a lot to take separately. Remind me to split them into three times of day so it’s not overwhelming.
