How can there be any more forms left to fill in? Questions to answer?Are there any people left to contact? Underfunded #social #services to work through?

How can I rest? My #adrenals will burn out completely if I continue like this. I need to stop adding #hydrocortisone #steroids to get things done. I didn’t just suddenly wake up. This is VERY bad for me.

If only #help and #housing was #safe and #accessible. It’s hard enough for the #abled. I need an #advocate. More forms.

Anyone out there with health issues: if your doctor offers you #steroids (#hydrocortisone, #prednisone) or something else for whatever you’ve got, take the something else. Or absolute minimum dose of steroids. They’re not called the “Devil’s Tic Tacs” for nothing.

This is why I can barely get to sleep atm- they’re giving me fake energy and I have to wean down very slowly to a dose ideal for me/ my weight. I took a bit more for a while to get things done (don’t do that! It fries your adrenal glands and HPA axis at the least). They actually overdosed me to begin with…

Doctors don’t warn their patients enough.

Oh and the side effects. MANY.
