Ever heard of that?
Agile coaches and/or product management proposing to develop meta solution use cases. The use cases in place are for sure already the base for test cases.
The idea is to be able to test with that additional layer better compliance to requirements end to end along all services.

My concerns: even more project complexity without real value.

This week I traveled to a working week in Frankfurt. One of the teams I work with in my role as Solution Architect wanted to do so. Nobody had to come, but nearly all did (they are spread all over Germany).

We solved and clarified so much complicated and challenging things simply. No Agenda! Just pure human communication while working and talking inbetween to each other. No virtual meeting can build trust like that.

Combining #iREB with #SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in a highly regulated industry is often described as "trying to build a bridge while cars are driving over it." It requires a delicate balance between the speed of #Agile and the rigid documentation required by law.
