Took my new infrared grill for a spin today, roasting some poblanos for a corn soup. After cooking they got wrapped in paper towels for a steam cycle inside a plastic bag, then stripped of their hard skin and seeds. Can't wait to make pizza in this thing. For weeks I've wondered what is wrong with the developing poblano peppers in my garden. They looked malformed, perhaps diseased. The answer is that they are not poblano peppers.
