#today I discovered a #somatic method to release #anger #energy and have felt so much better, though engaging such stiff shoulder muscles hurt before I could feel the shaky goal, still the emotional and physical release was huge. I watched the Utah boys’ Gee Officer Krupke video again and felt chills as I had the first time I watched it months ago, but did not feel last night.
