5 simple lifestyle tweaks:

Day 1 — Set an intention in the morning

Day 2 — Don’t skip movement two days in a row

Day 3 — Catch yourself being hard on yourself. Then don’t be.

Day 4 — Check in with your body before it starts screaming at you

Day 5 — End the day by noticing one thing that went okay

Which one are you actually going to try?

Your brain filters reality constantly.

Every second your brain processes millions of signals, but only a tiny fraction reach your conscious awareness. Your Reticular Activating System decides what gets attention and what fades into the background.

If you carry the belief that you are not good enough, your brain will start collecting evidence that confirms it.

Therapy can help you recognize these patterns and practice directing your attention in healthier ways.
