How come every time i do a long run, no matter how I feel about it afterwards, i can barely eat what I normally eat and then two days later I am attacking the fridge and eating like a bear? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Is it just me??

First #longrun after last weekend's #marathon, and also my first #trailrun since maybe January, since I was running only flat routes while preparing for the marathon. I missed the trails a lot! :)
I couldn't have picked a better day - sunny, clear skies, with just enough fresh wind to keep me cool. ๐
On my way, I saw a small herd of #goats having a siesta in the tree shadow, without a single care in the world. :)
started the week with a long-ish 26k +680m elevation #run.
met some ducks and enjoyed the views in #innsbruck.

Looking forward to K110 at #IATF the #innsbruck alpine #trailrunning festival.
Did a #longrun tonight to test gear and nutrition.
Had a lot of fog and still a little bit of snow.
Today I went out for a #progressive #LongRun on #hills. I was able to accelerate as laid out in the plan even on the hilly parts. Really #happy with that one today. โ ๐ช
Good, but very windy #longrun today. There were moments where the wind was in my face so strong that I was stepping in place. :)
Still, running in severe weather is one of joys of my life. I managed 36km at more or less my intended marathon pace, so I'm quite happy.
The marathon race is in two weeks, tick tock...
