No way could I keep in the required zone without basically walking the whole way round so ran with feel and threw a few fartlek sprints up some inclines towards the end of the run #running #coros #longrun #runnersofmastodon

Heute 14km durch die süchtelner Höhen gelaufen. Insgesamt ca 230 Höhenmeter gemacht. War heute nicht ganz so fit, dafür bin ich zufrieden, dass ich gelaufen bin. Am 30.5. ist dann ein Halbmarathon dran!

Hab seit ewiger Zeit mal wieder einen (für meine Verhältnisse sehr) langen Lauf gemacht, bin zufrieden. Hätte mir vielleicht noch nen Snack für die letzten Kilometer einplanen sollen.

Needed a lot of motivation to get out the door today, took 3 attempts before I was in the right place. Training plan for today should have been 14km zone 2 and 6.5 km zone 3 but with the chosen route everything blended into one. Tbh not one of my better runs but I’ll mark it down to sheer determination and getting the job done #running #longrun #coros #runnersofmastodon
