🍀 Laufen - mir gehen langsam die Superlative aus. Mein Lauf über 21,1 km vor 8 Tagen war ja schon geil, aber heute bin ich die gleiche Distanz mit 5:58/km nochmal 20 sek/km schneller gelaufen. Solche Zeiten hatte ich zuletzt im Dezember 2023 und im Januar 2024

60 minutes easyish jog with plenty jeffing including. Wanted to keep pace nice and slow to keep breathing and hr in the right place and happy with the outcome plus a try out of some new gear, Diadora shorts and Feetures socks for upcoming races plus a test of some Pumas #running #easyrun #coros #runnersofmastodon

Big day today: I ran the #venloop2026 half marathon. The weather was ideal. 10° C, sunny and the forecasted strong gusts did not show up. Took it kind of easy but still finished strong. Still have it in me.
