Damn. I enjoyed that this morning! I think its because I nailed the early paces.

Started the day with a 7km Long Run for Week 3 Run 1 of my Runna Parkrun Improvement Plan. Going to be another warm day today, and wouldn't want to have to run in the heat of the day!
Runna told me off for running it too fast... still not great at pacing. I already run slow, so running slower is hard! 🤣
Today’s was the last #LongRun before the #race next #Sunday. One could think it was a #HillRepeats training looking at that graph 😂💪
Today’s #training was a #TempoRun with alternating km (5:15/km-4:40/km). Missed the last one 🤬😵
