Today’s B-#race was the #Zurich #halfmarathon, which if finished with a new overall #PB of 1:55:00 🎉✌️
Today I had a #taper #interval #training, where the intervals had #race #pace - in preparation for Sunday’s #halfmarathon in #Zurich
Today I went out for a #progressive #LongRun on #hills. I was able to accelerate as laid out in the plan even on the hilly parts. Really #happy with that one today. ✅💪
Today’s #training during #lunch break were 2km #intervals with alternating speed. Missed the faster ones by a few seconds 🫤🫤🫤
Today I was meant to do an #EasyRun. However, a snow shower in the beginning made it a cold leg run, and I needed to take off my glasses…
Today’s training was a short and fast #5k, but I had really problems to find a rhythm… too fast, too slow, vice versa… 🫣
Sonntag ist #Halbmarathon und ich habe mir mal aus verschiedenen Apps die Zeitprognosen rausgezogen. Am meisten Vertrauen habe ich zu #garmin (trage ich 24/7) und #runna (nutze ich als Trainingsplan). Cool, dass die beiden so dicht beisammen liegen. Eine PB traut mir nur #runalyze zu, aber das sehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.
