Today’s training were #HillRepeats (running 60s hard #uphill). Getting used to them.
Today’s training were #HillRepeats - first 60s hard #uphill (7 times), then 30s hard uphill (also 7 times).
This is my hill. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My hill is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
... I reckon the local legend on this one is safe for a while. Added another twenty reps yesterday. #running #strava #hillrepeats
Today’s #training were #HillRepeats (60s hard #uphill, 30s walking #rest, #jog back down). Had to change the hill due to weather conditions, this one was a bit steeper than my usual one. Maybe I’ll keep this one.
Hill repeats, that training night you loved when the running stopped and hated every second of it during!
Hard work, a lot of fun and appreciate the endless encouragement from the lovely Ipswich Triathlon Club members!

Running uphill and downhill is an interesting exercise because it involves a different movement pattern and intensity.
The "hill" is just an elevated section of the park. Uphill is quite steep while downhill is a gentle long slope. I finished with a sprint the last 30s.
