Today I finally went out for my first post surgery run.

I was able to enjoy the sun that came out in the afternoon while focusing on keeping it a really easy run. I had no problems during the run, just enjoyed it.

Credo che le giornate di pioggia siano da rivalutare. Settimana scorsa ho avuto un piccolo fastidio fisico e quindi ho corso meno, domenica primo test di corsa e ho fatto più del dovuto ed è andato tutto alla grande, meglio del previsto!

TIL: replacing #headlight bulb on #Opel / #Vauxhall #Corsa C is a cursed job, requires lowering whole entire bumper to get the headlight unit out and then the ambient temperature sensor needs to be put back into the bumper..

Have to cancel training—gallstones are causing pancreas issues. Gallbladder removal surgery tomorrow, no sports for 2 weeks. Super pissed to get knocked out right before the April 13 race, but health comes first.
