On a day when I am in pain and low on spoons, it's such a relief when I have finished cooking a healthy delicious meal, that I can not only eat for lunch, but also for dinner so that I don't have to worry what to eat for the rest of the day. There is always planB food in the freezer, but I am happy that I still had enough spoons for planA today.

@Rhube from my experience, being #Chronicallylll is kind of a job in itself.
There's doctors appointments, getting meds, remembering to take the meds, getting the #ChronicalIllness status for insurance, getting #Disabled status for tax return, learning about your illness, and so on.

As my aunt said, you are off work because you are unfit for work. Feeling miserable is not necessary. Getting better is your new job and rest is necessary!
