I have a bad #hidradenitissuppurativa flare on my scalp.

never had a bump there. It has 3 heads. Im hoping to god it doesnt tunnel. I've been taking 1 shower a day w hibbeclense (the red disinfectant body wash lol).

I live in new hampshire, theres only 1 dermatologist who is covered w medicare who treats HS. they of course are located on the opposite side of the state. (I dont drive).

Im very stressed. Which adds to it 😭. Tips anyone?
