Ok so we gave up on putting LineageOS on my older Samsung tab. I was mentally and emotionally struggling. And holding my tongue so hard to not start hard cussing lol.

There's a scene in #TheAdjustmentBureau where Harry tells David Norris that adjusters have emotions but don't lead with them like most humans, and explains why "the chairman" keeps intervening to stop humans destroying everything - the purpose of "the plan".

Made me wonder how the world would be if we #ActuallyAutistic's were adjusters.

I keep understanding what gives me integrity, and how allistics aren't constrained by it in the same way.

Could we be angels?!

Well my no/low people, rest, self care day wasn't exactly as I'd intended today for a variety of reasons.

I did send off my application to speak at Birmingham Fetish Weekend and Consent Weekend again though.

It takes my nervous system so long to even get to a place where actual rest is achievable and I'm not there yet. But I did slow down some today. Baby steps.

Saturday started about 07:30 & was pretty unremarkable.

What snow there is has frozen into a crust - if we get more overnight / tomorrow it’s gonna be fun!

Final Thoughts.

Not a bad day.

Last week, I tried a new food item. I found it a pain in the ass to eat. Oh, was it tasty? Yes, it was, but it did not lend itself to be eaten with a spoon or a fork on the couch.

I figured I'm probably not the only autistic individual which ranks food items by how convenient they are to eat. 😂

Like when I go to a restaurant, I sometimes order a veggie burger or some sandwich. They are tasty too, but they tend to disintegrate and drop bits and pieces when I eat them. I like my eating to be less disordered than this. So it is not that I never order these, but more a "do I really want to experience disordered eating right now" kind of thing.

I hold on to this... on this lack of spoons day...

ICE doesn't belong there in the first place.

Renee doesn't deserve death in the second.

Details tend to engage my patternhseeking, puzzle-solving auDHD addiction.

And I lose that thread.
