It’s been just over three years since #ComingOut as a #transgender #woman and I am finding myself less attracted to men than I used to be.

Now, I wasn’t all about men before, in fact I had only, consensually, been with one and we never #kissed.

About a week ago now, I kissed a guy for the #FirstTime. The guy was super cute and someone I felt I could form an attraction to, but his #kisses were awful. Just wet, sloppy, and yuck. He sucked on my bottom lip like he was trying to get a strawberry chunk through a straw and it just wasn’t #sexy.

Then a few nights ago I had an opportunity to kiss another guy, his #girlfriend was all about kissing me so I figured it would be fair. I didn’t though. There was no zing, no attraction, even though he was a really nice guy.

I am really thinking that I may have to rethink my #sexuality as I have always considered myself #pansexual, but, lately, gender does matter in who I am #attracted to, and it’s primarily women, yes this includes trans women.

I’m okay being a #lesbian at this point. I don’t have anything against men, just not attracted to them and my experiences aren’t improving that.

Achillean refers to #men (or #male-#identifying #individuals) who are #attracted to other #men, but is used more like an #umbrellaterm for #gay, #bisexual, #pansexual, and otherwise #queer #men, and can include #trans and #nonbinary people who are also attracted to #men.
