Had an exciting day meeting our new boy today!
In spite of his shocking back story, he’s the most gentle, laid-back doggo I’ve ever met.
I’m naming him Fyodor (he’s from Romania), and he’s coming home to us on Thursday. Can’t wait! 😁

Feeling a bit better from the recent lurgy, I did my first row on my new #C2 #rowerg today.
I’m following the #PhilMaffetone #MAF training with a view to clawing some #fitness back. I experimented with this last year and had some pretty amazing results!
My plan for the next few months is a 30 minute MAF session at _least_ once a day and stick to the #keto #Fast800 plan to help control my calories and blood #glucose ( #T2D ).

It’s coming up for 12 months since we lost our #BorderCollie Chip Dogg. A few #rescue and #rehome opportunities have come up recently and the wife and I are considering taking one on soon.
Possible options are a 4 year-old brother and sister French bulldog pair, or a young mixed breed from a Romanian rescue charity.
Will keep you posted.
