I’m following the #PhilMaffetone #MAF training with a view to clawing some #fitness back. I experimented with this last year and had some pretty amazing results!
My plan for the next few months is a 30 minute MAF session at _least_ once a day and stick to the #keto #Fast800 plan to help control my calories and blood #glucose ( #T2D ).
