Un appello pubblicato sui social per aiutare un bambino rimasto quasi senza invitati nel giorno del compleanno ha mobilitato decine di persone e la festa che rischiava di essere deserta si è rivelata un successo. La vicenda, raccontata da Il Messaggero, è avvenuta a Monfalcone, in provincia di Gorizia. A lanciare il messaggio è stato Ernesto Feletti, animatore incaricato di intrattenere gli ospiti durante il compleanno di un bambino di 6 anni. A poche ore dall’inizio della festa, molte delle persone che avevano confermato la loro presenza, hanno comunicato che non sarebbero riuscite a partecipare.
Temendo che il piccolo si ritrovasse a festeggiare con pochissimi coetanei, Feletti ha deciso di rivolgersi ai social network. Il suo appello, rilanciato rapidamente tra Facebook, WhatsApp e gruppi locali, ha ottenuto una risposta ben superiore alle aspettative. Nel corso del pomeriggio il luogo della festa si è riempito di famiglie, bambini e cittadini arrivati anche dai comuni vicini. Alcuni hanno portato piccoli regali, altri si sono semplicemente fermati per partecipare ai giochi e fare gli auguri al festeggiato. Tra le sorprese della giornata anche la visita dei Vigili del Fuoco, che hanno voluto salutare il bambino contribuendo a rendere ancora più speciale il suo compleanno.

Nei giorni successivi la madre del piccolo ha voluto ringraziare pubblicamente tutte le persone che avevano risposto all’appello. “Vi ringraziamo dal profondo del cuore per tutto quello che avete fatto per nostro figlio. Il suo sorriso è tornato, ha giocato e si è divertito con tutti coloro che, pur non conoscendoci, sono corsi da noi”, ha scritto. E ancora: “Ci avete regalato qualcosa di veramente speciale. Non dimenticheremo mai quello che avete fatto per noi”.

In the territory of Rome Capital, the strike will affect the entire Atac network and the networks of the Autoservizi Troiani/Sap, Autoservizi Tuscia/Bis, and Atr retailers. On the Atac network, the strike also affects connections made by other operators under subcontracting and the ClicBus Atac on-demand bus service. In Milan, Atm explained that some lines may not be guaranteed from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm and after 6:00 pm until the end of service.

AGI - In occasione della Giornata Nazionale per le vittime sul lavoro, il Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco ha ufficialmente riconsegnato a Roma Capitale la Torre dei Conti, lo storico monumento di Largo Corrado Ricci restituito alla città dopo i complessi lavori straordinari di messa in sicurezza. L'area era stata interdetta lo scorso 3 novembre a seguito del tragico crollo costato la vita all'operaio Octav Stroici. Alla cerimonia di riconsegna, carica di commozione, ha partecipato la figlia della vittima, Alina, testimone di un tributo che ha unito istituzioni e soccorritori proprio nel luogo della tragedia.
Il cerimoniale ha vissuto momenti di profonda partecipazione emotiva a partire dall'omaggio floreale dei Vigili del Fuoco, che hanno deposto una corona proprio in corrispondenza della finestra da cui era stato estratto il corpo dell'operaio. Successivamente, un drappo tricolore è stato srotolato lungo la facciata della torre medievale prima che il comando consegnasse formalmente al sindaco Roberto Gualtieri un piccone di servizio e una targa commemorativa, segnando il passaggio di responsabilità del cantiere che ora entra nella gestione della Sovrintendenza Capitolina.
Il sindaco Gualtieri ha espresso gratitudine per il lavoro svolto, dichiarando: "Vogliamo davvero esprimere la nostra gratitudine e ammirazione per il lavoro straordinario che i Vigili del Fuoco hanno svolto e che ha consentito, con una perizia davvero unica che ha pochi eguali al mondo, il salvataggio di questo monumento. Tutto questo sulla base di una collaborazione che ha consentito di mettere subito in sicurezza la torre e di salvarla, altrimenti non ci sarebbe più".

Sono state liberate dai carabinieri le 25 persone prese in ostaggio nella tarda mattinata di oggi 16 aprile nel corso di una rapina nella banca Credit Agricolè in Piazzale Medaglie D'oro, a Napoli. Solo dopo un'ora e un quarto i Vigili del Fuoco sono riusciti ad aprire un varco in una delle vetrate. Mentre i carabinieri stanno effettuando i rilievi sull'auto nera con targa contraffatta, sospettata di essere quella utilizzata dalla banda per sfondare la vetrina, sono arrivate le teste di cuoio del Gruppo intervento speciale di Livorno per la bonifica all'interno della filiale. Prende sempre più corpo l'ipotesi della fuga dei malviventi attraverso la rete fognaria dove nella notte avevano praticato un foro sul pavimento.
Il colpo è partito circa verso le 12:00, dopo l'arrivo a bordo di una macchina Alfa Romeo. La banda si è presentata con delle maschere ritraenti attori americani famosi. Nel corso delle operazioni, mentre all'interno della struttura entravano ambulanze per via dei malori accusati da qualche ostaggio, sono arrivati anche il generale di brigata Biagio Storniolo, il procuratore Nicola Gratteri e il prefetto di Napoli Michele di Bari che ha espresso apprezzamento per i Vigili del Fuoco e per la "elevata professionalità, il coraggio e il senso dello Stato dimostrati dall'Arma dei Carabinieri". Continueranno adesso le indagini per fare luce sull'intera questione.

Prosegue lo sciame sismico nella provincia di Catania, dove nelle ultime ore sono state registrate numerose scosse di terremoto.
Secondo i dati dell’Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia, ieri alle 18:04 è stata rilevata una scossa di magnitudo 3.0 con epicentro a circa due chilometri a sud di Militello in Val di Catania e a una profondità di 10 chilometri.
Poco prima, alle 17:39, un’altra scossa di magnitudo 2.6 era stata registrata a due chilometri a sud-ovest di Ragalna, con ipocentro a circa cinque chilometri di profondità.
Oltre quindici scosse in un giorno
Nel corso della giornata l’Ingv ha rilevato almeno quindici scosse nell’area. La più intensa ha raggiunto magnitudo 4.5, mentre le altre si sono attestate tra magnitudo 1.2 e 2.7.
Lo sciame sismico interessa in particolare l’area pedemontana dell’Etna, dove la popolazione ha avvertito distintamente diverse scosse.
Nel frattempo sono al lavoro senza sosta i Vigili del Fuoco del comando provinciale di Catania, impegnati a rispondere alle numerose richieste di verifica arrivate dopo le scosse.
Alle 18 risultavano già effettuati circa 70 interventi, mentre altre 254 richieste erano ancora in attesa di sopralluogo. Si tratta in gran parte di controlli tecnici per verificare eventuali danni agli edifici.
Verifiche nelle zone più colpite
Le aree maggiormente interessate nel territorio comunale di Ragalna sono la zona di Santa Barbara e il Villaggio San Francesco.
Sul posto stanno operando cinque squadre dei vigili del fuoco con sette funzionari tecnici, supportati da unità specializzate.
Il coordinamento degli interventi è affidato a una Unità di Comando Locale dei Vigili del Fuoco che lavora in stretto collegamento con la sala operativa del comando provinciale di Catania e con il Centro Operativo del Comune di Ragalna, per gestire e smistare tutte le richieste di controllo arrivate dai cittadini.

The seismic swarm continues in the province of Catania, where numerous aftershocks have been recorded in the last hours.

According to data from the National Institute of Geophysics and Vulcanology, yesterday at 18:04 a tremor of magnitude 3.0 was detected with an epicenter approximately two kilometers south of Militello in Val di Catania and at a depth of 10 kilometers.

Shortly before, at 17:39, another tremor of magnitude 2.6 was recorded two kilometers southwest of Ragalna, with a hypocenter at a depth of approximately five kilometers.

More than fifteen shocks in a day

Throughout the day, the Ingv (National Institute of Geophysics and Vulcanology) detected at least fifteen tremors in the area. The most intense reached a magnitude of 4.5, while the others were limited to magnitudes between 1.2 and 2.7.

The seismic swarm particularly affects the Etna mountain foothills area, where the population has distinctly felt several tremors.

Meanwhile, the firefighters from the Catania provincial command are working tirelessly, responding to numerous requests for verification following the tremors.

By 18:00, approximately 70 interventions had already been carried out, while another 254 requests were still awaiting inspection. Most of these are technical checks to verify any damage to buildings.

Checks in the most affected areas

The areas most affected in the municipal territory of Ragalna are the Santa Barbara area and the San Francesco Village.

Five teams of firefighters are operating on site with seven technical officials, supported by specialized units.

Il Tempo: Sempio al contrattacco sullo scontrino: "L'ho fatto io, i testimoni dicono bugie"

A quasi diciotto anni dall'omicidio di Chiara Poggi, il delitto di Garlasco continua a far discutere tra sviluppi giudiziari, nuove perizie e polemiche mediatiche. Per l'assassinio è stato condannato in via definitiva Alberto Stasi, ma negli ultimi mesi l'attenzione si è concentrata anche su Andrea Sempio, più volte finito al centro di accertamenti e archiviazioni e ora nuovamente indagato. Questa sera Sempio è stato ospite di Quarta Repubblica, il programma condotto da Nicola Porro su Rete4, per un faccia a faccia in prima serata.

Alla domanda su cosa abbia inciso nel farlo sentire “un indagato a vita”, Sempio risponde: «Io credo che il grande jolly sia stato il DNA, perché il DNA prima era suscettibile di interpretazioni, poteva essere “usato in molti modi”. È stato quello l'elemento che ha permesso tutte le volte di insinuare nuovamente il dubbio». Sul caso Stasi e la colpevolezza aggiunge: «Quello non lo so, di sicuro però posso parlare a livello mediatico: anche lui ai tempi, prima ancora di essere condannato, ha vissuto la gogna mediatica e il fatto di essere additato come colpevole. È una cosa che non dovrebbe succedere in ogni caso, anche se poi, nel tempo, c'è stata la sua condanna».

Sempio torna poi sulla questione dello scontrino del parcheggio, elemento più volte richiamato nelle ricostruzioni: «Ribadisco, quello scontrino l'ho fatto io. Testimoni che dicono che me l'hanno dato, che sanno, che me l'ha passato qualcun altro, li vorrei vedere. Se ci sono, dicono balle. Se ci sono, perché nei mesi questo testimone è già cambiato più volte: prima ce n'era uno, poi c'è stata la storia del Vigile del Fuoco, poi lo scontrino è diventato falso, poi è diventato vero ed è tornato il Vigile del Fuoco, poi l'ultima è che è stato un mio parente. Anche questo discorso della persona che è stata sentita due volte, per me è una delle tante indiscrezioni che gira. Il punto è, come vi ho detto, che quello scontrino l'ho fatto io». Infine, sulle indiscrezioni relative alla nuova perizia della dottoressa Cattaneo, che potrebbe rivedere l'orario dell'omicidio: «Io ho raccontato quello che ho fatto quella giornata, l'orario può cambiare come vuole, io ho detto come è andata, non cambio versione».

This evening, Sempio was a guest on Quarta Repubblica, the program hosted by Nicola Porro on Rete4, for a head-to-head interview in prime time.

In response to the question of what made him feel “a lifelong suspect,” Sempio replies: “I believe the big joker was the DNA, because the DNA was previously susceptible to interpretations, it could be ‘used in many ways.’ That’s what allowed all the times to insinuate the doubt again.” Regarding the Stasi case and guilt, he adds: “I don’t know that, but certainly I can speak at a media level: he also, before being convicted, experienced the media scrutiny and the fact of being branded guilty. It’s something that shouldn’t happen in any case, although then, over time, there was his conviction.”

Sempio then returned to the issue of the parking receipt, repeatedly cited in reconstructions: “I reiterate, I made that receipt. Witnesses who say they gave it to me, that they know, that someone else passed it to me, I want to see them. If they exist, they say lies. If they exist, why this witness has already changed so many times over the months: there was one, then there was the story of the Fire Department, then the receipt became false, then it became true and the Fire Department returned, then the last was that it was a relative of mine. This conversation about the person who was heard twice, for me is one of the many rumors that circulate. The point is, as I’ve told you, I made that receipt.” Finally, regarding the rumors about the new expert report by Dr. Cattaneo, which could revise the time of the murder: “I told you what I did that day, the time can change as it wants, I said how it went, I don’t change my version.”
